Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a performance glass for beverages with which image or video light of a video display device fixed to the glass side surface can be transmitted through the glass interior, even when the glass interior is filled with a beverage having low optical transparency. The present invention also addresses the problem of providing a light transmission device used when forming the performance glass for beverages. This performance glass for beverages is characterized by comprising a glass main body, which is a bottomed cylinder having an upper opening, a fixing mechanism that fixes the video display device to the side surface of the glass main body, and a light transmission tunnel made of a transparent material, wherein the side surface of the glass main body curves in the horizontal direction, the light transmission tunnel is fixed to the inside of the glass main body, and the image of the video display device is transmitted through the side surface of the glass main body and the light transmission tunnel to reach the outside of the glass main body.
