Abstract:
The present application provides a perfusion analysis method. The method may comprise: obtaining a scanned image, the scanned image comprising one or more images corresponding to one or more time points; obtaining time-concentration discrete points according to the scanned image; obtaining an initial time-concentration curve according to the time-concentration discrete points, the initial time-concentration curve being capable of indicating a state in which a contrast medium concentration in an organ tissue corresponding to a pixel or voxel point in the scanned image changes with time; obtaining a first perfusion model; determining a first perfusion parameter according to the first perfusion model and the initial time-concentration curve; obtaining a second perfusion model; and determining a second perfusion parameter according to the second perfusion model and the first perfusion parameter.
