Provided are a perfusion module and a perfusion culture system. The system comprises: a biological reaction module, which comprises at least one bioreactor; a perfusion module, which comprises at least one perfusion chamber, each perfusion chamber being connected to a pressure regulating pipe for allowing an air flow to flow in or flow out, a pump assembly enabling the pressure regulating pipe to be connected or disconnected and capable of changing an air flow conveying direction being arranged on the pressure regulating pipe, and when the number of the perfusion chambers is more than one, every two adjacent perfusion chambers being communicated by means of the pressure regulating pipe; and a filtering module, which comprises at least one filter. The bioreactor, the perfusion module and the filtering module are sequentially communicated, and if more than two perfusion chambers are provided in the perfusion module, all the perfusion chambers are arranged in parallel; a cell culture solution in the bioreactor flows into the perfusion chamber in the perfusion module and then flows out of the perfusion chamber to enter the filter to be subjected to filtering, and permeate in the filter flows into a harvesting device through a permeate outlet. The present invention solves the problem of a high shear force of the perfusion culture system.
