Abstract:
A perilla oil of the present application has sufficient content of overall flavor components, including a fresh flavor component and a savory flavor component in a certain proportion, has a rich taste and aroma, and has the unique flavor and savory taste of perilla well balanced, such that the perilla oil of the present application has the advantage that when added to seasoned seaweed, the unique flavor of perilla is easily tasted, savoriness is moderate, and the burnt taste is small.
