Abstract:
A perimeter, including two types: one type is a perimeter for use with forced fixation, and the other type is an objective perimeter combined with electrophysiology under forced fixation. The two types of perimeters both comprise an apparatus for forced fixation, a display and conduction apparatus, a field of vision check and display apparatus, a feedback apparatus for recording feedback information, and a control center for controlling the field of vision check and display apparatus and collecting the feedback information; the apparatus for forced fixation comprises a negative-pressure ring (2) and a negative-pressure pipe 3, and is adsorbed to an eyeball by a negative pressure; and when the eyeball moves, the apparatus for forced fixation moves with the eyeball synchronously and forces the fixation to the same position, thus eliminating the influence of a fixation point on a check result of the perimeter. In the objective perimeter, an electrophysiological signal after forced fixation is automatically recorded by an electrophysiological instrument, eliminating subjective response of a patient and thus creating an objective check result; and a change in the field of vision can be found earlier using the electrophysiological signal as an analysis index.
