The present invention provides a periodontal pocket cleaning device for cleaning a periodontal pocket by being inserted into a periodontal pocket formed at the boundary between the teeth and the gums, the device comprising: a customized mold which has a structure of being inserted into the mouth, and which is manufactured according to the shape of user's teeth and gums; and an insertion part formed on the inside of the mold, wherein the insertion part is arranged at the boundary between the teeth and the gums so as to clean a periodontal pocket, and is obliquely formed with a predetermined angle on the basis of the surface of the teeth so as to be inserted into the periodontal pocket formed at the boundary between the teeth and the gums, and the insertion part is formed at different positions per tooth so as to correspond to the boundary between the teeth and the gums such that the insertion part can be inserted into a periodontal pocket even if the positions of periodontal pockets are different per tooth.
