Abstract:
A periphery monitoring device according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a reception unit which receives a first operation; and a display control unit which, in cases when the first operation is received, implements control in which a first field-of-view range indicating the range of the periphery of a vehicle is displayed on a display device, and the range displayed on the display device is displayed so as to transition in a first direction from the first field-of-view range to a second field-of-view range, and displayed so as to transition from the second field-of-view range, to the first field-of-view range, in a direction different to the first direction.
