Abstract:
A peristaltic pump capable of flow control based on infrared induction, comprising a motor (1), a motor support (11), a ring gear (2), internal teeth (21), a gear support (3), a driven gear (42), a driving gear (41), a pump cover (5), a roller support (6), and a plurality of rollers (60). A hose (7) extends inside the pump cover (5) along the inner wall thereof; both the outlet end and the inlet end of the hose (7) extend from the side portion of the pump cover (5) to the outside of the pump cover (5); the outer walls of the rollers (60) abut against the side wall of the hose (7) and can force the hose (7) to elastically deform; a sensor support (8) is connected to the bottom of the motor support (11); an infrared sensor (91) is fixed to the lower portion of the sensor support (8); an induction impeller (92) matching the infrared sensor (91) is fixed to a second output shaft of the motor (1). The peristaltic pump capable of flow control based on infrared induction has the advantages such as a simple structure, stable and reliable performance, high flow control accuracy, and low implementation cost.
