Abstract:
The invention relates to a peristaltic pump, in particular for pumping a medical liquid, comprising a pump bed having a first pressing surface and comprising a plurality of pressing bodies each having a second pressing surface, wherein the pump is suitable for occluding, in a squeezing region of the pump, an occludable hose that can be inserted between the first pressing surface and the second pressing surface. The first and/or the second pressing surface has a longitudinal profile (15) extending in a hose direction, the cross-section of which longitudinal profile has a first transverse region and a second transverse region in the squeezing region. In the squeezing region, a distance between the first and the second pressing surface is smaller in the first transverse region than in the second transverse region.
