Abstract:
The peristaltic pump according to the present invention comprises an outer casing defining at least a groove receiving at least a silica gel tube, a shaft rotating in the outer casing, at least two pressure rollers and a center driving mechanics through which the rollers are drived. The improvement according to the present invention is defining at least a loop-shape silica gel tube path followed by the silica gel tube within the groove. The two pressing rollers are planetary to be located at the perimeter portion of the center driving mechanics and roll to squeeze the silica gel tube for pumping liquid. The driving mechanics includes some center lobs whose periphery having several circular gaps disposed, which accept the pressure rollers, so that the pump load and relief automatically. With such a design the force acting upon the driving mechanics radially counteract each other, which overcomes the defect of the conventional peristaltic pump.
