Abstract:
A perm setting hair clip, according to the present invention, which sets a setting roller, comprises: first and second clip arms, connected centrally by a hinge, and having first and second semi-circular supporting parts, for fixedly holding a setting roller, on one side, and having handles on the other side; a torsion spring for providing elasticity so that the first and second clip arms close facing each other; a film heater, which is disposed on the inner sides of the first and second supporting parts, and which covers the outer peripheral surface of the setting roll; and an adjusting means for controlling the length of the film heater. Accordingly, by having a film heater which can be adjusted in length and fixed in place, the hair clip can uniformly cover the outer peripheral surfaces of setting rollers of various sizes and can easily set the setting rollers, thus having the effect of transmitting heat uniformly to hair.
