Abstract:
A permanent magnet electromagnetic driving device, a control method and a special control circuit are provided. The permanent magnet electromagnetic driving device includes cylindrical moving magnets (11, 12, 13) which are axially magnetized and fixed on a screw rod of an output device (5), and coils (21, 22, 23) wrapped around a plastic base (3). In every stroke, at least one moving magnet passes through the geometrical center of a coil from one side of the coil to the other side, thereby the stroke is doubled. The control method is providing a driving current for the coils by the special control circuit and enabling the magnitude and the direction of the driving current to change at a proper time, so as to ensure the moving magnets to move quickly from one side of a cavity (0) in the base to the other side. The special control circuit is composed of a power supply module, a single-chip microcomputer module, a position detecting module and an output driving module. The permanent magnet electromagnetic driving device, the control method and the special control circuit can be used in any field where large stroke and quick linear drive are needed.
