Abstract:
This permanent magnet motor (1) is provided with a rotor (22) having a field pole (40) of a rotor core (23) in which a permanent magnet (25) is buried. The field pole (40) has a radius smaller than that of an arc about the shaft (24) of the rotor (22), and a plurality of slits (41) are formed therein. The plurality of slits (41) are disposed so that the distance between a first center line (42a) positioned between the plurality of slits (41) and a second center line (42b) positioned between the plurality of adjacent slits (41) becomes larger toward the outer circumferential side of the rotor core (23). Among the plurality of slits (41)in the field pole (40), a first slit (41a) disposed at the central position of the field pole (40) and second and third slits (41b, 41c) disposed on both sides of the first slit (41a) are disposed within 20% of the width of the permanent magnet (25) in the circumferential direction.
