Abstract:
A permanent magnet rotor, comprising an inner rotor core (1), a plurality of outer rotor cores (2), permanent magnets (3), a coupling component (4) and a plastic sealing body (5); a shaft hole (11) is provided in the middle of the inner rotor core (1), and the coupling component (4) sleeves on to the outside of the inner rotor core (1); engagement grooves (41) are circumferentially provided on the outer periphery of the coupling component; an engagement block (21) is provided on the inside end of each outer rotor core (2), and is nested in an engagement groove (41); the plurality of outer rotor cores (2) are circumferentially mounted on the outer periphery of the coupling component (4); a mounting groove (22) for accommodating the permanent magnets (3) is formed between two adjacent outer rotor cores (2); and the inner rotor core (1), the coupling component (4), the plurality of outer rotor cores (2) and the permanent magnets (3) are integrally connected by the plastic sealing body (5). The permanent magnet rotor has a simple structure and high structural strength, thus greatly reducing the magnetic flux leakage of the rotor, and improving rotor performance.
