Abstract:

A pump body-integral permanent magnet synchronous electric motor and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises the steps performed in the following order: 1) performing first injection molding on a coil (3) which is wound around a coil form (4), to form a coil sealing portion of a sealed coil; and 2) assembling an iron core (2) in the sealed coil, and performing second injection molding on the basis of the sealed coil and the iron core so as to form a pump body portion having a rotor barrel (13), wherein the rotor barrel uses the iron core as the form to be formed in injection molding, and an isolation thin layer is formed at a pole arc portion of the iron core during the second injection molding, so that the iron core is isolated from a rotor cavity inside the rotor barrel via the isolation thin layer. The electric motor and the preparation method therefor seal the iron core and the coil in an injection molding container, and uses a plastic arc-face isolation layer as the isolation thin layer to enable the pole arc portion of the iron core to be isolated from the rotor cavity, thereby solving the problem of water leakage while ensuring the electromagnetic property of a product.
