Abstract:
A permanent magnet synchronous motor control method, comprising: acquiring the motor voltage of a permanent magnet synchronous motor; determining whether the motor voltage reaches a preset inverter limit voltage, wherein if the motor reaches the preset inverter limit voltage, a preset flux-weakening control model is used to control the permanent magnet synchronous motor such that the voltage applied on the permanent magnet synchronous motor remains at the preset inverter limit voltage. Once back electromotive force of the permanent magnet synchronous motor reaches the inverter limit voltage, the present method changes to use the preset flux-weakening control model to control the permanent magnet synchronous motor. When using the preset flux-weakening control model to control the permanent magnet synchronous motor, the described method no longer uses a PI controller to perform closed-loop control on current, but changes to adjust a load angle to control a T-axis current, while simultaneously allowing an M-axis current to operate in an open loop. In the foregoing manner, the advantages such as the stable and quick high-speed operation of the permanent magnet synchronous motor may be ensured.
