Abstract:
Disclosed is a permanent magnet synchronous motor predicted torque control method, falling within the technical field of permanent magnet synchronous motors. First, a torque reference value is obtained according to a velocity PI controller, and a corresponding flux linkage reference value is solved by means of a maximum torque per ampere algorithm; a stator flux linkage (I) and a torque (II) of a permanent magnet synchronous motor at the starting moment of a (k+2)th control period after different control voltage vectors act on the motor are solved by means of a motor model prediction formula and by using a current and a motor position signal collected at the starting moment of a kth control period, and corresponding error quantities and error coefficients under the action of different voltage vectors Vn within the next control period are solved according to the reference value and a prediction value; and the error coefficients are substituted into a designed evaluation function, and an optimal voltage vector Vn can then be solved. The present invention is applicable to both a constant-torque region and a constant-power region.
