Title:
PERMANENT-MAGNET THREE-PHASE ALTERNATING-CURRENT POWER GENERATOR WITH LOW STATIC TORQUE AND LOW SPEED
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/120702
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A permanent-magnet three-phase alternating-current power generator with a low static torque and a low speed comprises an upper cover (3), a lower cover (9), a yoke (4), a shaft (10), an upper bearing (1), a lower bearing (12), an insertion piece (2), a permanent magnet (5), a stator iron core (6), a slot insulation (7), a winding (8), and an outgoing line (11). The power generator does not employ a skewed slot structure or a skewed pole structure, the number of magnetic poles is 12, the number of slots of the stator iron core is 39, and a pole-arc coefficient is 0.60 to 0.80. In addition, the winding is a three-phase symmetrical non-equidistant winding, and an air gap between the permanent magnet and the outer circumference of the stator iron core is in a non-uniform state. By means of the configuration above, the present invention reduces the static torque of a power generator, simplifies a manufacturing process, increases utilization of magnetic energy, lowers costs, enhances structural rigidity, extends a service life, and improves reliability.
