Abstract:
A permanent magnet torque-reluctance torque separated motor and an optimal efficiency control method, belonging to the technical field of motors and control thereof. The permanent magnet torque-reluctance torque separated motor comprises three stators and one rotor; the rotor consists of two axial rotors (3-2, 3-3) and one radial rotor (3-1), wherein a distributed winding structure is arranged in a radial stator (2-1) slot, and a concentrated windings are arranged in axial stator (2-2, 2-3) teeth. With the structure of the distributed windings and the radial reluctance rotor, a larger reluctance torque is favorably generated; a relatively high permanent-magnet torque is generated with the structure of the concentrated windings and a surface-mounted permanent magnet; on a magnetic path structure, the permanent-magnet torque is generated by an axial magnetic path, and the reluctance torque is generated by a radial magnetic path; and by means of decoupling of the axial magnetic path and the radial magnetic path, the separated and independent control of the permanent-magnet torque and the reluctance torque is achieved. Each stator and rotor in the motor can be separately processed and spliced as blocks, and thus, the processing difficulty of the motor is reduced.
