Abstract:
Provided is a permanent magnet type rotating electrical machine which achieves the reduction of stress concentration and securement of strength against centrifugal force.
A permanent magnet type rotating electrical machine which comprises a rotor core having a first slit and a second slit in each magnetic pole and in which a first permanent magnet disposed in the first slit and a second permanent magnet disposed in the second slit form a field magnet, wherein the outer peripheral sides of the first slit and the second slit are each a curved surface protruding toward the outer peripheral side and the center of the magnetic pole, and the shape of a first bridge part between an inner peripheral side end of the protruding curved surface of each of the first slit and the second slit and a slit adjacent to this end is a shape that suppresses stress concentration due to centrifugal force generated by the permanent magnets.
