Abstract:
When a permanent wave is formed and held conventionally, a plurality of implements such as paper, a rod, a rubber ring are employed, the hair is pulled to hurt the subject, hair is damaged, and technically complicated work is required over a long period of time, there are its drawbacks. This holder is constructed, in order to remove these drawbacks, of strands of wires laid over a flat rectangular body of sponge foam or unwoven cloth. Accordingly, the surface of the body performs the function of the conventional paper, the diameter of the body when rolled performs the function of the thickness of the rod, and the strands of wires hold their position when bent. Accordingly, this holder performs not only the function of the conventional ring rubber, but also prevents the damage to hairs, the pulling of hair to cause pain, and is useful as a holder.
