Abstract:

A permeable member enabling the coexistence of pulling strength and follow-up capability (sealability), a permeable casing using the permeable member, and an electrical part. The permeable member comprises a first resin part having a permeable film allowing a gas passing an opening part to permeate therethrough and a cylindrical support body supporting the permeable film and brought into contact with the casing in a fixed state to the opening part and a second resin part formed of a material larger in elastic modulus than a material forming the first resin part. The first resin part and the second resin part are laminated on each other at least partly in the cross section of the support body.
