Abstract:
A perovskite light emitting device and a preparation method therefor, and a display. A perovskite light emitting device (100) comprises a first injection layer (10), a first transmission layer (20), a light emitting layer (30), a second transmission layer (40), and a second injection layer (50) which are stacked in sequence. The first injection layer (10) comprises indium tin oxide. The second injection layer (50) comprises carbon nanotubes. The light emitting layer (30) comprises halide perovskite. Light emitted from the light emitting layer (30) simultaneously exits from the first injection layer (10) and the second injection layer (50). The perovskite light emitting device (100) can stably emit light from both sides.
