Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to allow precise machining by making an axial line of the machining axis match the line normal to a contact point with a workpiece using a simple and inexpensive structure and without depending on the shape of the workpiece. This machining device comprises: a jig frame for mounting a workpiece (2); a machining device support for supporting a machining device (4); a coupling piece for coupling the jig frame and the machining device support so as to be separable; a coordinate aligning unit for orienting an axial line (CL) of the machining axis (24) of the machining device (4) to the workpiece (2) and aligning the coordinates of the machining device (4) to the machining device support while the jig frame and the machining device support are coupled by the coupling piece; and a perpendicular alignment mechanism (30) to make the axial line (CL) of the machining axis (24), centered on a machining contact point (P) of the workpiece (2) that contacts the machining axis (24), match the normal line (NL) passing through the machining contact point (P).
