Title:
PERPETUAL ANTIGRAVITATIONAL AIR VACUUM-BASED DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2010/116195
Kind Code:
A2
Abstract:
The invention refers to a perpetual device aiming at the production of energy. Simultaneously, the device in question, which can be used both inside and outside the atmosphere, can overcome gravity in an upright position. The device is made up of two concentric drums (4, 6). The external drum (4), which plays the role of sleeve, cannot be rotated; however, the parallel movement as for its (imaginary) axis is possible. The internal drum (6) is rotated around its mechanical axis (2). The internal drum bear on its surface two sets of fins (5, 7) as blowers. The front fins (5) have higher air exhausting performance comparing with the rear ones (7), something that is ensured by a greater grade as for the pivot axle (2) and by a more dense array. The lower air exhausting performance of rear fins (7) as for the front fins (5) is also ensured by their singular shape having a fold at the rear side. Finally, the whole configuration mentioned above is found in a closed sleeve, chamber of recycling air (3).

The perpetual anti-gravitational air vacuum-based device is characterized by two concentric drums (4, 6) of equal height but different diameter. The external drum (4), which plays the role of sleeve, cannot be rotated; however, the parallel movement as for its (imaginary) axis is possible. The internal drum (6) is rotated around its mechanical axis (2) (the mechanical axis coincides with the imaginary one mentioned above). The internal drum bear on its surface two sets of fins (5, 7) - blowers - at a distance which is defined by the drum height. The front fins (5) have higher air exhausting performance comparing with the rear ones (7), something that is ensured by a greater grade as for the pivot axle (2) and more dense array. The lower air exhausting performance of rear fins (7) as for the front fins (5) is also ensured by their singular shape having a fold at the rear side. The whole configuration mentioned above is found in a closed sleeve - chamber of recycling air (3).

Description:
PERPETUAL ANTIGRA VTTATTONAL AIR VACUUM-BASED DEVICE

The invention refers to a perpetual device of energy production. Simultaneously, the device in question, which can be used both inside and outside the atmosphere, can overcome gravity in an upright position. The concept of the device is based on the current wind-turbines of electrical energy production, where large amount of energy is produced as a consequence of the air vacuum created behind (as for the air flow direction) the fins, despite of the relatively small effective area of them.

The present device refers to a perpetual configuration for the production of energy, the demand of which for energy is limited to an initial start up. The current technology has not demonstrated such a device yet.

The device in question has an advantage concerning the remaining existing ones of other techniques in the fact that it produces energy by itself in continuous and non-stop mode. It is reminded that, the function of the existing devices/machines are based on the concept of energy transformation from one kind to another (e.g. solar to electrical) or on the combustion of raw material.

The invention is described below with the help of an example and with reference to an attached drawing.

The drawing shows a schematic array of the device and more specifically, the internal rotating drum (6) with its fins (5, 7), the exterior drum (4) and the chamber for the recirculation of air (3).

The invention could be put in practical application in different ways; an indicative one is described below.

The device consists of two homocentric drums (4, 6) of same height but different diameter. The external drum (4) which plays the role of sleeve cannot be rotated; however, the parallel movement as for its (imaginary) axis is possible. The internal drum (6) is rotated around its mechanical axis (2) (the mechanical axis coincides with the imaginary one mentioned above). The internal drum bear on its surface two sets of fins (5, 7) - blowers - at a distance which is defined by the drum height. The total diameter of the "internal drum — fins" array is equal to the inner diameter of the external drum (4). Of course, a small tolerance is necessary for functional purposes.

The two sets of fins are henceforth called front (5) and rear (7) fins. Benchmark for their denomination is the air flow direction between the two drums. The concept of function of the device is based on the different shape and array of front fins (5) in regard to the rear fins (7). If both sets of fins have the same shape and array, then they present the same performance of air blowing and thus, the device does not have any energy or other performance.

The front fins (5) must have higher air exhausting performance comparing with the rear ones (7), something that is ensured by a greater grade as for the pivot axle (2) and more dense array. The lower air exhausting performance of rear fins (7) as for the front fins (5) is also ensured by their singular shape having a fold at the rear side (see figure). All the aforementioned that regard to the array and the shape of fins have as a consequence that, during the function of the device, air vacuum to be created to the front side of the rear fins (7).

This potential difference between the two sides of the front fins (7) creates sub- pressure forces. These forces, in essence, compel the fins and accordingly the internal drum (6) to continue the rotation after the initial start up. This is happening due to the fact that the device tends to find its balance, however, this vicious circle created by the simultaneous interaction of the two series of fins, not only does not allow this to happen, but also it boosts it.

This excess of energy could be exploited e.g. by transforming it into electric connecting a dynamo and ensuring constant angular speed for the internal drum (6). Also, this device can constitute the motive means of vehicle or ship. The air in this case is moved parallel to the direction of movement.

The performance of the device can also be fluctuated either by shifting the external drum (4) as for the internal (6) (when the external drum is shifted to the front, part of the rear fins is uncovered reducing, in essence, their active surface) or by increasing the internal pressure (pressure inside the chamber, 3) pumping air via a compressor. Finally, the whole configuration mentioned above is found in a closed sleeve - chamber of recycling air (3) - like the one shown in the figure. Aim of this recycling is the conveyance of the area between the two sets of fins (5, 7) of the device with air of high kinetic energy. Result of this is the back side of the front fins (5) to be permanently found in condition of high potential, something that in opposite case would have as consequence the immobilisation of the device.
