Disclosed is a perpetual power generating structure. A drive apparatus (1) is used to synchronously drive a direct-current generator (2) and an alternating-current generator (3), so that a magnetic assembly (32) and a coil group (34) in a limiting shell (31) of the alternating-current generator (3) rotate at a relatively high speed so as to generate an induced current which flows to an electricity storage apparatus (5) after passing through a rectifier (4); and the electricity storage apparatus (5) accepts electricity output from the alternating-current generator (3) and the direct-current generator (2) at the same time. Moreover, the power of the drive apparatus (1) becomes power of the drive apparatus (1) after being reduced by an electric transducer (6) with the aid of an output voltage of the electricity storage apparatus (5) or the direct-current generator (3). Therefore, the perpetual power generating structure only needs to use the electricity power inside the drive apparatus (1) when it is initially started, and after driving the direct-current generator (2) and the alternating-current generator (3), it can circularly use the produced electricity power to cause the two generators to operate continuously to continuously supply power.
