Description:
A PERPETUAL POWER GENERATION SYSTEM AND METHOD USING COMPRESSED AIR CIRCULATION

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to a system for power generation from compressed air pressure energy into transmissible power, preferably electrical power Also the present invention describes a method and means for extracting energy in the form of thrust created by compressed air pressure Moreover the present disclosure deals with a special kind of arrangement exclusively designed for the recycle and feedback of the said compressed air pressure for improving/ enhancing the performance of the system.

This compressed air pressure when passed over an engine converts the thrust in mechanical energy and is further amplified and converted into a transmissible power, e. g. by driving a rotation of the flow generating body or by driving one or more rotors arranged in the generated motion.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Due to the continuous depletion of world supply of fossil fuel and the continuous increase in both fuel cost and pollution to the environment, alternative green sources of energy have been investigated for possible use in powering vehicles, such as automobiles, trucks, buses, trains, airplanes, etc. Alternative sources of energy have also been investigated as means to reduce pollution levels in cities and towns throughout the world; a major portion of such pollution is generated by fossil fuel such as gas. diesel, etc. used in today's vehicles. Such investigations are focused on electrically powered vehicles driven by at least one electric motor due to the non-polluting nature inherent with electrical motors and in view of the ready supply of electricity to run the electric motors.

Most electricity generating plants are powered by thermal energy derived from either coal, nuclear or petroleum, unfortunately all are now considered by experts potentially catastrophic or at least hazardous to the environment in some way. Other generators are powered by kinetic energy such as hydro-electric and wind turbines which contrary to the above generates clean and safe electricity without polluting our air or water. However hydro-electric power plants full short of the demand and not easy to built in most places where electricity demand exists. Wind turbines particularly the horizontal-axis type and the only commercial type in the market, and despite its popularity and engineering ingenuity making it works; horizontal-axis wind turbines has a fundamental design fault making it too expensive to manufacture, maintain and capacity-wise leave no room for expansion. It is structurally too big leading most units are installed offshore adding to the cost of energy.

While water and wind kinetic energy has been employed for decades in the production of commercial electricity, not much had been done on kinetic energy of solid mass such as a flywheel, although a flywheel has been in used for years in engine of various type, windmill and recently in the manufacture of a flywheel energy storage devices.

Many different devices for extracting energy from waves have been proposed in the past. Generally, such devices have been suggested in order to enable the generation of electrical power from wave motion and in most cases include a floating body or bodies and complex mechanical or hydraulic power take off means to enable the oscillating movement or relative movement of the floating bodies to be converted into useful power.

Thus, it is an object of the present invention to provide a device for converting compressed air pressure energy into transmissible power, such as electrical power by extracting energy in the form of thrust from compressed from the kinetic energy of moving air along a particular direction.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is based on the fact that the whenever the compressed air is given with a path to expand, the compressed air creates a pressure equivalent with its weigh This invention utilizes the kinetic energy of the compressed air and utilizes it for the start of an engine. More particularly the present invention relates to a system for converting energy from the motion of the compressed air into transmissible power, preferably electrical power and/or mechanical power. Also the present invention describes a method and means for extracting energy in the form of thrust from air from the kinetic energy of moving compressed air

The present disclosure also deals with a special kind of arrangement exclusively designed for the recycle and feedback of the said compressed air pressure for improving/enhancing the performance of the system and moreover due to the automatic recycle of the air pressure the system recovers with the original condition.

Therefore, it is an object of the invention to provide a system and a method for efficiently and inexpensively converting the energy of compressed air pressure into electrical power.

It is yet another object of the invention to provide an energy converter unit that has a simple structure.

It is a further object of the invention to provide an energy converter unit that sustains high operating efficiency irrespective of the atmospheric conditions.

It is a further object of the invention to provide an energy converter unit that sustains high operating efficiency by minimizing the atmospheric resistance by providing a rotor and flywheel at one end of the engine.

It is a still further object of the invention to provide an energy converter that exploits the energy of the compressed air pressure to a nearly complete degree.

It is a still further object of the invention to provide an energy converter unit capable of self-adjustment to the normally varying conditions of the atmosphere. It is yet another object of the invention to design a special kind of recycle unit which can be opened or closed whenever required for the positive feedback and maintain the compressed air pressure

It is yet another object of the invention wherein automatic valves are provided which are controlled from outside by a remote or a switch or automatically as and when required

It is yet another object of the invention wherein at least one pair of compressed air tank Is also provided to compensate the air pressure in the event of fall of pressure.

It is yet another object of the present invention wherein a plurality of nozzles are provided as a feed in case of multiple stroke engine for creating an amplified thrust around the rotor surface and maintain a continuous thrust for the continuity of air circulation/compression vide an air compressor as feedback to the compressed air tank.

As per one of exemplary embodiment of the present invention there is provided a mechanical air compressor with an automatic switch and is continuously powered by the connected flywheel/rotor assembly during operation.

Further object of the present invention is to provide a flywheel for the storage and proper transmission of energy.

Other objects and advantages of the invention will become apparent as the description proceeds summary of the Invention In the following description

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS

Fig.1 shows a block diagram for the rotator system for compressed air pressure used for power generation as per the object of the present invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Now , preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings

Referring to Figure 1 , a present system for the power generation consists of at least one gas/air cylinder for the capture and storage of air at high pressure and further arrangement for passage of the air pressure thrust on to a rotor / flywheel assembly powered by an multi stroke engine.

The system is provided with a rotor/flywheel assembly operably connected with an engine configured for the transmission of the mechanical thrust from the engine to the dynamo connected for the production of electrical energy and simultaneously to an air compressor for providing a positive feedback pressure to the main air/gas compressed air tank. The valve fitted with the opening provides the gateway of air from the turbine chamber to the recycle and feedback unit.

As per another object of the present invention there is provided a recycle / feedback unit comprising a rotor/flywheel driven air compressor which provides a feedback of the air as passed from the main air/gas tank to the engine for maintaining a constant air pressure at the main air/gas tank. The outlet of the recycle and feedback unit is connected with the main tank for the purpose of a positive feedback. The inlet of the recycle/feedback unit comprising a air compressor is also connected with the main tank via an auto switch for maintaining a proportionate pressure at the unit and further compensate pressure at the main tank.

According to the another aspect of the invention, the main air /gas tank is provided with a plurality of outlets for a multiple stroke engine if connected for the amplification of thrust supplied to the rotor/flywheel assembly continuously. The other side of the shaft is connected with a flywheel and a power generator for using the constant motion of the rotor by a belt or the like. As per one of the embodiment of the present invention there is provided at least a supplementary gas/air tank for providing feedback compensatory air pressure under condition that there is a fall of pressure in the main gas /air tank.

When the auto valve of the main tank is made open, the pressurized air enter the engine through the passage nozzle, the forced air flow initiate the engine thereby providing the required mechanical thrust for the movement of the rotor/flywheel assembly. The compressed air provides the required mechanical push to the piston of the engine for the movement of the external shaft of the engine.

The recycle and feedback unit comprises of an air compressor which returns compressed air to the main tank and maintains the constant pressure of the main air/gas tank. The auto valves as connected in the entire system are operated from outside.
