A personal cleaning appliance (10) and a combination. The personal cleaning appliance (10) comprises a handle housing (100), a drive assembly (220), an extrusion and suction module (260) provided in the handle housing (100), and a cleaning head (300) driven by the drive assembly (220), wherein the handle housing (100) comprises a handle cavity (102) that accommodates the extrusion and suction module (260), and a suction hole (104) communicated with the handle cavity (102); the extrusion and suction module (260) comprises a liquid storage barrel (2610) that accommodates liquid, a push rod member (2620) that extrudes the liquid, a screw (2640) provided in the push rod member (2620), and an extrusion and suction motor (2660) that drives the screw (2640) to rotate, wherein the push rod member (2620) extrudes the liquid, the screw (2640) rotates in a first direction to convey the liquid to the cleaning head (300), and when the liquid is suctioned, the screw (2640) rotates in a second direction to suction the liquid from the suction hole (104) into the liquid storage barrel (2610). The personal cleaning appliance has the advantages of one-hand operation, one-time operation completion, automatic liquid extrusion and suction, prevention of liquid overflow, and convenience in use by a user.
