Abstract:
A personal information protection sheet which can use a general information display sheet having no perforation and from which the person oneself can read out the personal information easily. The information description region of an information display sheet (2) is covered with a transparent cover sheet (3), a part of the cover sheet (3) is stuck to the information display sheet by adhesive (4), and then the cover sheet (3) is stripped from the information display sheet (2) thus stripping a part of a surface layer in the information description region of the information display sheet (2) together with the cover sheet (3). Consequently, a general information display sheet (2) having no perforation can be used and a personal information protection sheet (1) from which the person oneself can read out the personal information easily can be provided.
