Abstract:
A personalized three-dimensional (3D) modeling method for a scoliosis orthopedic brace. The method comprises: constructing scoliosis geometric models of different scoliosis types and different degrees of deformity; constructing corresponding standard scoliosis orthopedic brace geometric models, and acquiring, by means of calculation, customized brace size adjustment parameters; constructing parameterized scoliosis orthopedic brace models, which take personalized scoliosis deformity parameters of a patient as constraint features; collecting and acquiring the personalized scoliosis deformity parameters of the patient and personalized 3D trunk contour data of the patient; successively performing parameterized reconstruction on the parameterized scoliosis orthopedic brace models on the basis of the personalized 3D trunk contour data and the personalized scoliosis deformity parameters, so as to obtain a personalized scoliosis orthopedic brace model for the patient. By using the idea of parameterized modeling, personalized 3D modeling of a scoliosis orthopedic brace for a patient is realized on the basis of pre-modeled standard models of different types and personalized image data of the patient, thereby improving the precision and efficiency of modeling.
