The present invention relates to a personalized cosmetics recommendation method and program. A personalized cosmetics recommendation method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: comparing a product type of specific cosmetics with a skin type of a first user, and calculating a cosmetics-specific basic score for the first user (S400); comparing the skin type of the first user with a component included the cosmetics, and calculating a component reflection value (S600); applying the component reflection value and calculating a cosmetics-specific final unique score for the first user (S800); and recommending cosmetics corresponding to a skin condition of the first user (S1600).
