Abstract:
The invention relates to a personalized security and/or authenticity verification system for communication in electronic form, suitable for use as a part of existing applications and software and other systems for electronic communication, characterized in that it includes elements suitable for electronic transfer, perceived with one or more senses and creating a set with the management system, which ensures an assignment of an individual marker - in the form of one or more elements of this set to each user for exclusive use in communication with a specific provider. In case of the marker including more than one element of the set, those elements appear in individually configured order. In the IT systems of the provider each message directed to a specific user in electronic form is designated with the marker assigned exclusively to this user and moreover each message of specific type directed to specific users in electronic form is designated with the marker assigned exclusively to the type of message and/or its source. The presence of the individual marker in the message confirms its authenticity and security and clearly identifies the sender. The marking of electronic message prepared by the provider using an individual marker assigned exclusively to a particular user takes place at any, at least one stage of the preparation of this message, depending on the IT architecture of the provider. In case of the marker including more than one element of the set, adding each of those elements to a message, in a pre-configured order, takes place at the same or at different stages of the preparation of the message. When using the services or websites, or application(s) the use of an individual marker allows the identification of a user, even if at a particular moment the authorized user is not logged in to them. When logging in to the website or application(s) or software, or in case of action not requiring logging in, the user selects or changes his own individual marker, the system records the selection or a change of the marker and any next time the user uses the website or application(s) the marker additionally confirms the user's authorization to access the website or application(s). The system according to the invention can also be used for the purposes of additional authentication of users, also during physical contact with providers.

Claims

1. A personalized security and/or authenticity verification system for communication in electronic form, suitable for use as a part of the existing applications and software and other systems for electronic communication, characterized in that it includes elements suitable for electronic transfer, perceived with one or more senses and creating a set with a management system, which ensures an assignment of an individual marker - in the form of one or more elements of this set, to each user for exclusive use in communication with a specific provider.

2. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that in case of the marker including more than one element of the set, these elements appear in individually configured order.

3. The system according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that in the IT systems of the provider each message directed to a specified user in electronic form is designated with the marker assigned exclusively to this user.

4. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that the provider and the customer can be senders and recipients of message.

5. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that in the IT systems of the provider each message of specified type directed to specific users in electronic form is designated with the marker assigned exclusively to the type of message and/or its source in the IT systems of the provider.

6. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that it can be used for the purposes of additional authentication of user, also during physical contact with the provider.

The system according to claim 1 , characterized in that at any, at least one stage of the preparation by the provider of an electronic message, the message is designated with an individual marker assigned exclusively to a particular user, whereas the marking depends on the IT architecture of the provider.

8. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that in case of a marker including more than one element of the set, adding each one of those elements to message, in a pre- configured order, takes place at the same or at different stages of the preparation of the message.

9. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that the presence of an individual marker in the message confirms its authenticity and security and clearly identifies its sender.

10. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that in case of using services or websites, or application(s), the use of an individual marker allows the identification of the user, even if at a particular moment the authorized user is not logged in to them.

11. The system according to claim 10, characterized in that when logging in to the website or application(s) or software or in case of an activity not requiring logging in, the user selects or changes his own individual marker, the system records the selection or change of the marker and any next time the user uses the website or the application(s) the marker additionally confirms the user’s authorization to access the website or application(s).

Description:
PERSONALIZED SECURITY AND/OR AUTHENTICITY VERIFICATION SYSTEM FOR COMMUNICATIONS IN ELECTRONIC FORM

The subject of the invention is a new personalized security and/or authenticity verification system for communication in electronic form for use with certain technical devices used to transmit messages in electronic form (or devices compatible with them) such as for example computer, tablet, phone, smartphone, terminal, cash machine and the like or other devices for this purpose. The new system of personalized security and/or authenticity verification for communications in electronic form such as email, sms, mms, notification of application, transmission of voice, message(s) transmitted as part of the application or between applications, or as part of software, RCS (Rich Communication Service) or other electronic form, allows the creation of additional layer of security and/or verification to be used instead of or together with the existing solutions based on the devices used in electronic communication.

The present invention is directed to the providers/customers of all goods and services, who communicate with one another in electronic form. The service provider can be for example a bank and/or other financial institution such as the loan, leasing, insurance institution and/or entity, which settles financial transactions on their behalf or at the order of a third party or a vendor and/or an entity, which is an intermediary in the sale of different types of product(s), such as for example media, telecommunication services, medical services, marketing services and/or tangible and intangible goods and/or an entity, which provides different types of services to a wide group of customers, including inter alia, services of settling the sale of different types of goods/services on their own behalf and on behalf of other entities.

The providers of this kind of goods and services are interested in sending to their customers - users, various kinds of notifications and circular messages and also individual correspondence in electronic form, however, so far there has been no adequate security guaranteeing the authenticity and/or verification of messages and certainty as to its source. Although a confirmation of users rights to use electronic access to information or services is widespread using the personalised name of a user (login) and (password) selected by the user, there are no technical measures for the implementation of similar security in contacts initiated by providers.

Warnings on the Internet websites of various providers are common that for example a particular bank never contacts its customers by email and all messages transmitted in this way can come from unauthorized persons, information submitted in response to such contact can result in the loss of funds accumulated in the account of user in this bank. In such conditions the identity of user is stolen many times, which often has irreversible consequences. The fear of abuse on the part of hackers and other unauthorized entities is therefore justified, and so is the fear of risk of losses associated therewith. These negative phenomena seriously limit the use of electronic form of mutual communication between the provider and the users, despite its undeniable advantages, among which speed and directness is the most important nowadays.

The invention is also addressed to public institutions, state and local administration bodies, schools and colleges, religious institutions, hospitals, clinics and other entities, which are also suppliers of goods and/or services addressed to a very large number of customers.

The purpose of the present invention is minimization - in the interest of the concerned, the risks associated with transferring messages or alerts to the users in any electronic form, such as for example, e-mail, sms, mms, notification of application, RCS, solutions based on technology/solution blockchain/cryptographic, message/information transmitted/received through the application and/or between applications/programs, etc.

The purpose of present invention is also minimization - in the interest of the concerned, the risk associated with the verification of user identity or user permission to perform certain operations in the interaction of user with the provider on the Internet, application or software, or physically in the place of the contact of user with the provider, his representative or entity acting on behalf of the provider, or the representative of entity acting on behalf of the provider. In this situation the user is the sender of message confirming his permissions or authorizing official operation or the application of user addressed to the provider (for example the request of user to get a duplicate of SIM card or eSIM or to use other service provided by the supplier).

The minimization of such risks is carried out by developing a solution certifying the reliability of the messages, as coming from the sender.

This purpose has been achieved through the development of the present personalized security and/or authenticity verification system for communication in electronic form.

The personalized security and/or authenticity verification system for communication in electronic form, suitable for use as part of the existing applications and software and other systems for electronic communication, according to the invention is characterized in that it includes elements suitable for sending in electronic form, perceived through one or more senses and which create a set with the management system, which ensures the individual assignment of marker - in the form of one or more elements of this set to each user for exclusivity in communication with a specific provider.

In accordance with the invention, in case of the marker including more than one element of such a set, these elements appear in the order configured individually, and in the IT systems of provider, each message addressed to a particular user in electronic form is designated with the marker assigned exclusively to this user.

In the system according to the invention the provider and the customer can be senders and customers of messages. In addition, in the IT systems of a provider, each message of particular type that is addressed to specific users in electronic form, is designated with the marker assigned exclusively to the type of message and/or its source in the IT systems of the provider.

Favourably, the system according to the invention can be used for the purposes of additional user authentication, also during physical contact with the provider.

In accordance with the invention on at least one stage of the preparation of electronic message by the provider, this message is designated with individual marker assigned exclusively to a particular user, and marking is dependent on the IT architecture of the provider and in case of the marker, which includes more than one element of a set, adding each of these elements to message in a pre-configured order, takes place at the same or in different stages of the preparation of the message.

In accordance with the invention the presence of an individual marker in a message confirms its authenticity and security and identifies its sender clearly. In case of using services or websites, or applications the use of the individual marker allows the identification of the user, even if in a particular moment the authorized user is not logged in to them and when logging to the website or applications or software, or in case of action not requiring login, the user selects or changes his own individual marker, the system records the selection or change of the marker and each time the user uses a particular website or application the marker also confirms the permission of the user to use this website or application.

Thanks to the system of the security of the authenticity of communication in electronic form according to the invention, the likelihood of directing the message to the customer by a third party is eliminated or reduced to a large extent, the likelihood of directing to the receiver a message by a third party assuming false identity of the provider/sender on one hand, and on the other hand - access to a specific website, portal or application by the entity which is not the authorized user/customer. In addition, the marker which is a part of the message in electronic form addressed from the user to the provider is an additional element confirming the identity of the user and his permission to carry out a particular operation (for example the situation described above of the authorization by the user to receive a duplicate of SIM card).

The invention is explained in more detail in the following description, with reference to the attached figures wherein:

Detailed description of invention

The terms used in this description: provider and user and the sender and customer have the meaning generally accepted.

The invention can be used independently of the number of users of services of a single provider, but specific benefits result when the invention is used when the number of users is great, and the messages transmitted should only go to the entities authorised. The provider can be both the sender or the customer of message in electronic form. The user can be both the sender transmitting the message to the provider, for example, as part of the application or software - for example during the authentication of the operations of purchase/request for start-up/change/end of the use of product and/or service provided by the supplier, which can be made on the Internet, as part of the application, software or during physical contact with the provider.

The term provider includes all entities cooperating with the provider and acting on behalf of the provider for users.

These entities, which use the personalized security and/or authenticity verification system for communication in electronic form according to the invention, are senders of electronic communications addressed to customers on one hand. On the other hand they are entities, which due to the use of the personalized markers described below can use the electronic verification of the customers of their services and/or contractors, and/or a customers and/or business partners, and/or other entities in case of other relationship, which associates them. Electronic communication can also be carried out between the parties indicated above in the voice form and such a form does not preclude the possibility of using the marker. The provider as per this invention can also be the entity running a website or online service, or the entity managing the same, being used by the users via the Internet and/or through software, and/or applications.

The provider can be the entity which uses electronic network, including different applications, programs and the devices functioning in it and electronic communication, which is subject to marking will be generated between the devices in this network. For example the marking can include the transfer of pictures/scans/images and/or documents within the provider’s network, which after converting into an electronic form - after they were scanned before or after taking a photograph by a suitable device will be sent in electronic form as part of electronic message to the user. Another possible example for the application of solution according to the invention is sending notifications/invitations to the users about the meeting when the invitation/notification sent electronically includes the marker.

The provider is interested in running safe electronic communication (also mass communication) in the form of messages sent by the provider to the user/users (who are recipients of the communication), especially when they include sensitive data or constitute trade/bank secret or other as for example commercial information, invoices, offers, information on bargains, special offers (and other materials which constitute trade secret or business secret) and bank statements and other or similar information, for example codes verifying other transactions made by the user: transfers or for example orders including/excluding/adding/removing/authorization of services and/or products (e.g. authorization for issuing a duplicate of SIM card in the physical or virtual form, the so-called eSIM) - sent for example to the email address of the user and/or his phone number and/or through the application and/or software. Also users have the need for safe sending/receiving such messages as part of existing solutions/applications/software for electronic communication.

Diagram of the communication between the sender and the customer illustrating the difference between the classical security of message in electronic form and the solution according to the invention, which provides additional layer of security, is presented on the attached figure Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 where the left column refers to electronic communication generated without the solution according to the present invention using the classical security of message and the right column - to the analogous situation with the present invention introducing the use of individual marker for each user, besides classical security measures.

In Figure 3 the diagram of the implementation of electronic communication addressed by numerous users to the provider making possible verification of the authenticity of each message as coming from a particular user.

Due to the twofold communication, which can be addressed by the provider to the user and/or addressed by the user to the provider in the further part of the description of the present invention the names "sender” and "customer” are used which define the role of entities as regards electronic communication carried out between them, regardless of the terms "provider" and "user" defining their roles in the marketing of goods and/or services. The provider and the user can depending on the role and the type of message be the sender or the customer of message in electronic form. In Figure 4 an example of the diagram of electronic communication taking place in both directions described above is shown.

Due to the complexity of tools for electronic communication, the communication can be carried out between the provider and the user also in automated way, when for initiating and managing the communication the application and/or software is responsible. For example, the user can use the application and/or software, which can be installed on the device for electronic communication and/or on another device cooperating with it. In such situation this application and/or software can automatically verify whether the electronic message directed to the user by the provider and received by the device of the user for electronic communication or the device operating with it is designated with a marker defined for this correspondence and/or this provider, and/or specific operation raised in a particular correspondence. This application and/or software can ask the user a question and/or set a task and/or by showing the marker or its element (part) make the verification of marker assigned this electronic correspondence by the provider. This example of the implementation of invention is shown in Fig. 5.

Notwithstanding the above, the user can use the document made available by the provider (which can take on any form - for example paper and/or electronic and/or other) including images and/or description of markers, which will be applicable to specific future messages in electronic form in accordance with their specified order and/or limited time of their application, of which the user will be aware. Each marker can be different as regards its type, features and number of its parts/elements, type of its parts, etc. Thanks to it the user is able to verify whether the message received in electronic form is designated with the marker properly, which is assigned to the message of this type and whether the message comes from the authentic provider.

As part of the personalized security and/or authenticity verification system for communication in electronic form according to the invention, in the IT systems of provider and/or at the level of application used by the user and/or at the level of the software used by the user of a device for electronic communication (and/or a device cooperating with it), each message directed to a specific customer in electronic form is designated with the marker (which can be assigned exclusively to this sender) together with the possible - but not necessary, association of the type of activity and/or the matter which is the subject of this electronic correspondence and also possibly with the diagram of the variability of this marker. An example of the diagram of communication with the use of fixed marker (in addition to its potential diagram of variability) depending on the operation/action, the message refers to is shown in Fig. 6. The asterisk indicates that each message can relate to other relationship linking the provider with the user using the same personalized (individual) marker.

Marking the messages in electronic form is also possible when the message is sent by the sender to several customers. In this situation the message can be designated with a marker, which is used/is fixed to marking communication between the sender and each of the customers individually or one common or in such a way that for at least two customers the marker is common and communication with at least one customer is designated with the marker dedicated for the relationship communication between the sender and this customer.

Markers can also be assigned to a particular operation - possibly with the diagram of the variability, among the operations taking place as part of electronic communication. An example of such operation can be for example sending scan and/or photo as part of electronic communication or a document generated in electronic form after a previous scanning/taking photo or document using the right device - for example printer/scanner/multifunction network device and in this situation the marker together with the diagram of its variability can be assigned not to a specific user and/or sender but to operation, for example to scanning/processing to electronic form of image and/or document on the network device for this purpose, or additional user authentication in communication in electronic form directed from this user to the provider. Example solutions of this kind are shown in diagram Fig. 7 and 8 and Fig. 7 refers to the situation where the marker is dependent on the operations/actions in question - not showing all possible relationships between the provider with the user and Fig. 8 illustrates the case of the application of system according to the invention using the multifunction device; asterisk indicates that the marker can have its own diagram of variability, but it will always be the marker assigned only to sending the image from the multifunction device.

The variability of marker in accordance with the diagram of variability is that at least one special feature of marker will be variable (for example the duration of marker). For example each subsequent message in electronic form from the sender to the customer, which will be marked in accordance with the invention, will include marker, which will be in each of the following message variable relative to the marker included in the previous message, and the character of change (for example as regards the features of marker, its type, etc.) will be specified in advance as part of the diagram of variability which will be an element of the marking system. The sender and the customer who use the personalized security and/or authenticity verification system for communication in electronic form according to the invention will be aware and/or it will be taken into account in the appropriate software and/or program, and/or application, and thanks to it the probability of the use of marker by the swindler will be reduced as regards the results of“overhearing'Vtaking over the message in electronic form and re-use of the marker included in it by the swindler in the forged electronic message.

Fig. 9 illustrates the example of the variability of marker. Asterisk indicates that the marker 2 and each subsequent one has the form and features according to variability diagram, fixed and/or accepted by the sender and/or the customer, regardless of whether the marker is used in the next message related to the same or other relationship/operation/action between the sender and the customer.

The diagram of the variability of marker can relate to the whole marker, for example as regards its type as described below when the marker in the form of text in the next electronic message is converted to a graphical one and in further, subsequent messages it is changed as to the type, in accordance with its diagram of variability applicable in a particular case or part of the marker - for example if the marker consists of several parts/characters/graphics or parts consisting of different types of markers as in the case of marker consisting of graphics and text part, which in the next electronic message has the text part with the same content but in a different colour and/or is saved with a different font and further messages include the text part of marker with variable in accordance with the diagram of variability of this marker for specific cases. The diagram of the variability of marker or its parts/element can be permanent, which means that for all future electronic messages the marker or its part/element will be variable in a specific way. The diagram of the variability of marker or its parts/element can be variable, which means that in advance at a specific moment - for example in relation to electronic message starting from the n th counting from the first and/or each message indicated from the implementation of marker. In electronic communications, the moment of the change of variability diagram a specified moment of time in the future or unspecified moment can be specified, but dependent on another factor or event. In accordance with the invention the diagram of the variability of marker or its part/element can be changed and the changed diagram of variability can apply in each subsequent message in electronic form or only for a limited time, or for a certain number of messages in electronic form and the diagram of variability can be changed to another, new diagram of variability or to the diagram which was in force in the past. Changes of the diagrams of variability can follow one another at random. The variability of the diagram of variability can be the result of ad hoc decision of each of the parties which are parties of communication in electronic form secured with the marker under the present system. Change can be forced by any party - sender or customer, change of the diagram of variability and/or also the marker itself, or its part/element shall be in accordance with the process of establishing the marker.

In accordance with the invention, at least at one stage of the preparation of electronic message by the provider/sender, this message is designated with individual marker assigned exclusively to a particular user. Marking depends on the IT architecture of the provider. In case of the marker, which includes more than one element of set, adding each of these elements to the message in a pre-configured order takes place at the same or in different stages of the preparation of message. There is also the possibility that the message is also marked at the level of the application used by the user or the software the user applies with reference - or without reference to the base/system/set of information controlled by the provider or entity cooperating with it, or to the repository based for example on blockchain technology or similar based on cryptographic technologies or other.

The presence of individual and/or personalized marker in the message confirms its authenticity and security and identifies the sender clearly.

In accordance with the invention, in case of the use of services or websites, or applications or software - the use of individual marker allows to identify the sender of message in electronic form, even if in a particular moment the authorized sender and customer is not logged in to them. For this purpose, when you log in to the website or application/program, or software the user selects or changes his own individual marker, the system/application records the selection or change of the marker and every time the user uses a particular website or application or in case he performs a specific operation - as for example: authorization of operation, authorization of transaction (for example purchase made through the website and/or application, and/or software), this marker also confirms the permission of the user to access this website or application. The above also happens in the situation where the performance of specific operations by the user does not require logging in to the website or application/program (for example when the user makes a transaction without logging in to the website /system/application/software of the provider or entity cooperating with it). Fig. 10 shows the example of the process of determining the marker applicable in communication in electronic form between the provider and the user.

The marker can also be used in case of the physical contact of user with the provider or his representative, or entity cooperating with the provider, or representative of this entity and also in such situation the user can use the marker - defined/established as described above for additional authorization of the operation carried out physically with the entities indicated. This can be for example an additional authorization of the operation of physical issuing of the duplicate of SIM card to the user by sending a message to the provider by the user - who is the sender of message in electronic form, containing a marker, formed by designation/selection of the relevant marker by the user in the application and/or software, and/or on the website made available by the designated entity - for example on the tablet and/or other device. An example of such application of solution according to the invention is shown in Fig. 11.

As explained above, an important feature of the system according to the invention is the diversity of components used one by one or in the sequence of more than one element, as markers which make electronic transmission from the sender to the customer individual. In accordance with the present invention these elements must be suitable to encode in electronic form, electronic transfer and can be received - decoded by dedicated transmitting and receiving devices, which allow their reception by the customer using the sense of eyesight, hearing, feeling, taste, touch, smell and potentially other senses. They could be for example traditionally letters and ciphers, but also photos, pictures, films, sequences of animation or video recordings, melodies, sounds with specified intensity and length, both selected from the sets/catalogues and the ones introduced to the set by a particular user, as for example the photo of view from his window or film from the fun with his favourite cat.

Short passwords used so far and consisting of a number of letters and/or digits are easy to break, as they are often the repetition of individual data of user such as date of birth or the initials of the names of family members. As compared to such password or most often the 4- character PIN deciphering, guessing and reconstruction of the marker used in the system according to the invention, assigned to each user is incomparably more difficult. The system of managing the set/catalogue of these elements, which can constitute on their own or in combination, the marker used in the system according to the invention, assigns a specific element or a sequence of certain elements as an individual marker to a particular user, can exclude this element or a specified sequence of elements from the pool available for selection by other users of the services of a particular provider and informs the provider about the selection or change of marker by a particular user. Analogous series of events takes place in case of operation resulting in sending electronic message, which is also subject to marking.

The process of marking electronic messages takes place in the IT systems of the provider and/or of the entity cooperating with the provider and/or as part of software, and/or application used by the user, which takes place possibly without the use of IT systems of provider or entity cooperating with the provider on the basis of the devices such as for example the computer, smartphone, tablet, telephone and other, by attaching the marker to the message assigned to a particular user in the system managing the set of elements of which individual markers of users taking advantage of the marking service of electronic messages can consist. Thanks to it the customer will receive electronic message with the marker assigned /selected to him and the provider will receive the message from the user with the marker assigned to the sender and/or operation performed/authorized by the sender. The marking process can take place at all stages of the preparation of electronic message and depends on the IT architecture of the provider and/or application used, and/or software so that electronic message which goes to the customer finally includes this marker confirming the authenticity and security of message received. Full analogy is valid when the user sends a message to the provider. This is due to the fact that each marker has characteristic features such as its form and content, which can be fully or partially personalised for/by/with the participation of each user. This means that each of the configured markers can be unique in its form and features and to the customer it will be a clear signal that the specific electronic message including a particular marker is the message the sender of which is the actual sender and not the entity who impersonates him.

The marking itself consists of adding to electronic message at least one additional characteristic element -the marker which can take any form, which as mentioned above can be coded in electronic form and then sent in electronic form to be decoded by dedicated transmitting and receiving device, which will make its physical reception possible using the senses of customer. The customer can receive the marker using any of his senses. Thanks to his sense impressions, the customer can identify the marker as complying with the parameters set for marking the electronic message of sender and thanks to it will identify its sender as the author of message. The customer will avoid or will increase the likelihood of avoiding being the victim of fraud involving the impersonation of sender by a third party. In addition, it is possible that in addition to sense impressions generated by the marker received sensually by the recipient of message in electronic form, software and/or application, and/or program used by the customer on the device used for electronic communication or on the device cooperating with it, will confirm permanently that the marker received in a specific electronic message is compatible with the form/content/other characteristic features with the marker which the personalized security and/or authenticity verification system for communication in electronic form according to the invention is provided for this particular message in electronic form addressed to the customer. Confirmation of this involves the generation of relevant message, which the customer will perceive through his senses.

Messages transmitted by electronic means can include in their content and/or in the subject, and/or in the form of at least one annex/attachment, marker in the form of information, link and/or redirection, or other above mentioned elements, which can also directly or indirectly in this message including for example the balance of services, account and the like, give the possibility to the user or provider to perform other operations, which are related to the information sent, in particular the regulation to dispose of its assets in the form of inter alia: cash, charging the account of user in various types of media, electronic money, cryptocurrency and so on and the like. Often the performance of operations above mentioned involves the need of the user to log into the online service, which can be run and/or made available by the provider or a third party, and/or other sensitive information or data of the user, which requires utmost care in the protection of these data to avoid for example the loss of property or even the loss of identity. The marker can look similarly in case of the message sent by the user to the provider.

The marking in case of using the services and/or websites, and/or application, and/or the software is necessary to identify the user/customer by logging the user to the website and/or application and/or software to make, in accordance with the invention, the choice or change of marker and its forms and features so that each time the user uses a particular website or application - even if at a particular moment he is not to logged in, the marker accompanies this use in accordance with the principles described above. Marking in case of operations performed is also possible, which do not require the login of user to the website and/or application and/or software.

There is a risk that electronic communication between the sender and the customer can be taken over or seen by unauthorized person, i.e. the party other than the sender and the customer to manipulate communication and/or replace it in part or in whole with another, and/or create other false message. The false or manipulated message can be created by a third party to make the impression and belief of customer that the message comes from the sender. The purpose of the author of this false or manipulated message - such as for example phishing, is getting the customer to perform the operations, he would do, if he had to do with a real correspondence from the sender, that is, for example the logging in of the customer to a particular service or transmission of data and/or download - and consequently the opening/starting up files of unknown content. The difference between the activities undertaken by the customer on the basis of the real message of sender and the false or manipulated message is such that the customer is directed by the false message or manipulated message to websites/online service/application/software/files/sets of information which are false, even if they resemble a true service of provider or true files or sets or electronic messages. Similarly, the manipulated message directed by the user to the provider can be manipulated or taken over, or generated by the swindler in order to achieve the benefits at the expense of the user and/or provider.

Similarly, in case of falsified content of the website and/or online service, or content presented, or where the user is directed by the application to post the false content is to cause an erroneous impression of the user (as described above) and achieve purposes by the swindler, which are shown below.

The purpose of the author/distributor of false message or manipulated electronic message of false website or false content of application is to cause the illusion of user that he uses a true online service or application of provider and obtaining from the user data to login or other data, such as for example phone number or other sensitive data to be able to take over these data and then use them to rob the user taking advantage of the data obtained by the swindler in the real service of provider. The purpose of swindler is getting the user on the basis of partially or completely false information included in the false or manipulated message to perform the operations, which result in having to cause material damage to the user in the form of the theft of information, such as for example login, password, mobile phone number or other information and/or his property or other goods, in the form of inter alia: cash, charging user account in various types of media, electronic money, cryptocurrency, and so on and the like, or personal data or other user data. The user is not aware that the swindler impersonates the provider, whose purpose is to steal information and/or property of the user. Clear checking of the authenticity and reliability of message or message by the user is not possible because the average user has no IT knowledge to identify the reliability of message clearly, and additionally swindlers use newer and newer tools and/or methods which allow to create messages the reliability of which is difficult to check by the average user of network.

The purpose of the author/distributor of false message or manipulated electronic message or false application content is to make the illusion for the customer that the sender of message reaching the customer is the right sender. In this situation the swindler takes over the identity of user, which can lead to the authorisation of operations, which will be performed by the swindler at the user’s expense, which will result in damage to the provider and/or user, for example by disposing the user’s property.

In accordance with the present invention the customer receiving message from the sender in electronic form will be able to evaluate its authenticity based on marker, as part of actions implemented by the user through the functionalities provided by the web service and/or applications and/or software made available to the user by the provider or entity cooperating with him and operating on the devices the user uses, for electronic communication or cooperating with them, such as for example - computer, telephone, smartphone, tablet, etc. for marking each electronic message directed by the sender to the customer using the selected individual marker. Marking the message involves in accordance with the invention the posting in each message directed to the sender at least one element, which will be characteristic enough to allow the user and in the reverse situation - the provider the identification of message and assignment of his authorship to the real provider or respectively - the user. In addition, it is possible that the device used by the user will be able to recognize whether the marker received is associated with a particular message in electronic form corresponds to the marker, which for this message is provided by the personalized security and/or authenticity verification system for communication in electronic form according to the invention. Marking will be performed by fixing or accepting by the user a specified selection method of marker and diagram of its repeatability (or its lack) in respect of each subsequent electronic message directed to him by the provider and in each subsequent electronic message directed by the user to the provider.

In order to mark messages the user will have the opportunity:

selection and/or creating text elements and/or graphics elements and/or other described below forms of marker constituting a marker,

selection of the diagram of marker repeatability or marker elements or its absence and/or diagram of their change, and/or diagram of marker changes as far as its type is concerned (based on the marker described below), which is the marker or its element, in respect of each subsequent electronic message and/or the specific operation, which is the subject of message in electronic form; and/or

acknowledgement in order to store the information about text and/or graphics elements and/or other - in accordance with the possible form of marker described below, which is a marker or its element, selected by the provider as characteristic for the internet communication of provider with the user and/or vice versa, together with the diagram of repeatability or its absence and/or diagram of their change in respect of each subsequent electronic message and/or in respect of a particular operation, which is the subject of message in electronic form,

which with the optional method or the diagram of their possible variability, described below, will enable the customer to identify that the author of electronic correspondence received is the sender, who is the provider or user, that is, entity authorised to carry on communication in electronic form or that it is sent on behalf of the provider/sender and not by unauthorised person/third party (swindler). The use of the above functionality, that is, marking of each electronic message can take place by configuring by the user in the online service the provider and/or of the entity cooperating with it and/or in an application which was provided by the provider (and/or entity cooperating with it), and/or using the program/software, also during the opening the provider’s account by the user as a customer of this provider - in these cases the solution is also acceptable that service and/or application, and/or the software made available by another entity acting on behalf of the provider, the corresponding at least one character transmitted in each electronic correspondence of provider directed to the user - marker with the optional method of its change in full and/or in part and/or its type (in accordance with the description of the types of marker below), and/or other characteristic feature as for example the place it was put in the message or approval or to acquisition of the selected marker (together with its optional method of variability in any of its characteristic) by the provider or entity cooperating with it, for example the entity managing internet service and/or application, and/or program, and/or software on behalf of the provider. Types of markers

Marking the electronic message can result in fixing the marker in the form of text:

one or more text strings with a length of at least one character, which will be posted in electronic communication of provider/sender anywhere in the field (or fields) including the title and/or the transmitted message and/or in the place, where the sender of message is identified, and/or

one or more text strings with a length of at least one character, which will be posted in electronic communication of provider/sender anywhere in the field of the content of message and/or will be part of the element of message background or "watermark" message, and/or

at least two strings of text with a length of at least one character each, of which at least one string will be posted in the electronic communication of provider/sender anywhere in the field (or fields) including the title and/or the transmitted message and at least one string will be posted in electronic communication of provider/sender at any place or places of the content of message or will constitute the element of the background of message - "watermark" of message.

The marker or at least one of its parts can take the form of at least one or more - letter, character, digit, special characters available in all fonts available and used for all languages for which it is possible to code the letter, numbers, digit or special character in electronic form. It will be possible to use colours, different types of fonts for markers posted in the field or fields of the title of message or sender of message

Marking with a marker will run through its configuration as follows:

can be permanent - decision of the user and/or provider, as regards the identity of character and/or characters it consists of, but at the same time the marker can have (but it need not have as other options are available) other variable (at least one or more or all possible), defined by the user and/or provider characteristic feature, such as for example the place in which marker appears (within the title field or subject of messages and/or as part of the text of message, or between the field of subject or title of message and the message itself) and/or/and the type and font typeface, its size and other characteristic features such as for example colour and/or presentation (for example character written from left to right and/or vice versa, mirror writing, upside down, symmetrical or turned against any point, plane or straight line). Definability is carried out by selecting the option as regards variable elements by the user or selection of elements/features of variability by the user from the list of possible variability made available to the user by the provider and/or imposing the way of the variability of marker by the provider and/or informing the user by the provider, what is the model of each of the features, which is subject to change, so that the user is fully aware of the mechanism of variability, which will allow the user to identify each electronic message of the provider as coming from the right sender and vice versa - to identify each electronic message of user by the provider as coming from a particular user, can be variable - decision of user and/or provider as regards the identity and/or the quantity of character or characters it consists of, and the diagram of variability can be imposed by the provider (and handed over to the user so that the user is fully aware of the mechanism of variability which will allow the user to identify electronic message of the provider as coming from a reliable provider) or the diagram of variability chosen on one’s own made available to the user by the provider to choose or defined by the user on his own or defined in the mixed way when at least one of the elements of character or its features is variable in accordance with the mechanism imposed by the provider (or user), and other elements of the mechanism of the variability of marker are defined by the user (or provider). The characteristic features of the marker such as posting it within the field of title or the subject of message and/or as part of the text of message, or change of its position between the field of subject or the title of message and the message itself or/and the type and font typeface, its size and other features such as for example colour can be permanent or at least one of the characteristics can be subject to change and the mechanism of change can be imposed by the provider and/or by the user for at least one of the characteristics subject to variability.

Marking the electronic message can result in the marker in the form of graphics, consisting of:

one or more graphic element, which can consist of at least one part, which will be posted in electronic communication of the sender anywhere in the field (or fields) including the title and/or the subject of transmitted message/communique, and/or identifying the sender of message and/or in another field assigned in the program or application to manage electronic mail to a particular message, and/or

one or more of graphical element, which can consist of at least one part, which will be posted in the electronic communication of sender anywhere in the content of message and/or will constitute the element of the background of message or "watermark" of message, and/or

at least two graphical elements, each of which can consist of at least one part of which at least one element will be posted in the electronic communication of sender anywhere in the field (or fields) including the title and/or the subject of transmitted message/communique, and/or field identifying the sender of message and at least one element will be posted in the electronic communication of sender at any place or places of the content of message or at least one element will be posted in another field assigned in the program or application for the management of email to a particular message or will constitute "watermark” of message.

The marker or at least one of its parts, can take the form of at least one graphical element consisting of at least one element, and each part can be freely: selected by the user from the base of graphic elements made available to the user by the provider (or entity cooperating with it) as part of online service and/or software, and/or application by which the marker is determined, or

created by the user during the determination of marker,

selected by the user from graphical files obtained by the user from any source, or

imposed to the user by the provider as part of the base of graphic files assigned by the provider to the functionality of marking electronic messages.

The marker or at least one of its parts can be configured as follows:

can be fixed - decision of user or provider as regards the identity of at least one of the parts of marker, but at the same time the marker can have (but need not have - other options are permissible) other variable (at least one or more or all possible) - defined characteristic by the user or the provider, such as for example the place where the marker appears (within the field of title or subject of message and/or as part of the text of message or between the field of subject or title of message and the message itself, and/or the place assigned to a particular message in the program or application for managing electronic email) or/and size, shape, rotation relative to any point or any other permissible characteristic features such as for example colour. Marking the electronic message can result in the fixing of marker in the form of video - for example the film or animation or animated graphics file, which can be an element of the marker or the marker of message as the markers described above in the form of text and/or graphics and can have their own diagrams of variability determined in accordance with the mechanisms described below. For example - the animation is played from the front backwards with stop - break at the time specified in the diagram of the variability of marker and then it is played further - to the front or backwards. The marker in the form of video can consist of:

one or more element of video, which may consist of at least one part, which will be posted in the electronic communication of sender anywhere in the field (or fields) including the title and/or the subject of message/communique transmitted and/or identifying the sender of message and/or in another field assigned in the software and/or program and/or application for the management of email to a particular message, and/or

one or more element of video, which can consist of at least one part, which will be posted in the electronic communications of sender anywhere in the content of message or will constitute an element of the background of message, or "watermark" message, and/or

at least two elements of video, each of which can consist of at least one part of which at least one element will be posted in the electronic communication of sender anywhere in the field (or fields) including the title and/or the subject of transmitted message/communique, and/or field identifying the sender of the message and at least one element will be posted in electronic communication of sender anywhere and/or places of the content of message, or at least one element will be posted in another field assigned in the program or application to the management of email to a particular message or will constitute the "watermark” of message.

The marker or at least one of its parts, can take the form of at least one element of video consisting of at least one part, and each part can be freely:

selected by the user from the base of video elements made available to the user by the provider (or entity cooperating with it) within the online service and/or software, and/or application by which the marker is determined, or

created by the user during the determination of marker,

selected by the user from the video files obtained by the user from any source, or

imposed to the user by the provider as part of the base of video files assigned by the provider to the functionality of marking electronic messages.

The marker or at least one of its parts can be configured as follows:

Marking the electronic message can result in the fixing of marker in the form of hologram, which will be presented by the device used for the transmittance of electronic message or by other device cooperating with this device. The marker in the holographic form can be an element of the marker or the marker of message as described above markers in other forms and can have its diagram of variability determined in accordance with the mechanisms described above. The marker in the form of hologram can consist of:

one or more elements in the form of hologram, which can consist of at least one part, which will be played back by the device for communication in electronic form or the device cooperating with it. The marker or at least one of its parts can take the form of at least one element subject to projection in the form of hologram consisting of at least one part of projection and each part of the projection can be freely:

selected by the user from the base of holographic projections made available to the user by the provider (or entity cooperating with it) within the online service and/or software, and/or application through which the marker is determined, or

created by the user during the determination of marker,

selected by the user from the files of holographic projections acquired by the user from any source, or

imposed on the user by the provider within the base of the files of holographic projection assigned by the provider to the functionality of marking electronic messages.

The marker (or at least one of its parts) can be configured as follows:

can be fixed - decision of the user or provider as regards the identity of at least one of the parts of marker, but at the same time the marker can have (but need not have - other options are permissible) other variable (at least one or more or all possible) - defined characteristic feature by the user or the provider, such as for example the place where the marker appears in respect of device for communication in electronic form and/or device cooperating with it and/or size, shape, playback speed, rotation to any point or any other permissible characteristic features such as for example colour/color scale, negative/positive. Definability is carried out by selecting the option as regards the elements of variables by the user and/or the imposition of variability by the provider (and informing the user by the provider, what is the model of each of the characteristic features to be changed so that the user is fully aware of the mechanism of variability to allow the user to identify each message of sender as coming from this sender and in the reverse situation, when the sender of message is the user),

Marking the message can result in the fixing of marker in the form of smell or smells (form of smell), which will be released/emitted by the device used for the transmittance of message or by other device cooperating with this device. The marker in the smell form can be an element of marker or marker of message as markers described above in other forms and can have its diagram of variability specified in accordance with the mechanisms described below and which is based on characteristic features of smells. The marker in the smell form can consist of:

one or more elements in the form of smell, which may consist of at least one part which will be emitted by the device for communication in electronic form or device cooperating with it, and/or

The marker or at least one of its parts can take the form of at least one element of smell consisting of at least one part and each part can be freely:

selected by the user from the base of smells made available to the user by the provider (or entity cooperating with it) within the online service and/or software, and/or application through which the marker is determined, or

1 created by the user during the determination of marker,

selected by the user from the base of smells acquired by the user from any source, or

imposed on the user by the provider as part of the base of smells assigned by the provider to the functionality of marking electronic messages.

The marker or at least one of its parts can be configured as follows:

Definability is carried out by selecting the option as regards the elements of variables by the user and/or the imposition of variability by the provider (and informing the user by the provider, what is the model of each of the characteristic features to be changed so that the user is fully aware of the mechanism of variability to allow the user to identify each message of sender as coming from this sender and in the reverse situation, when the sender of message is the user),

The characteristic features of the marker, such as for example the time of release, intensity, etc. and/or any other permissible characteristic features can be permanent or at least one of the features can be subject to change, and the mechanism of change can be imposed by the provider or by the user for at least one of the features subject to variability.

Marking the message can result in the fixing the marker in the form of sound or sounds (sound marker), including the sounds of music, which will be played by the device used for the transfer of electronic message or by another device cooperating with this device. The marker in the form of sound can be an element of marker or marker of message as the markers described above in other forms and can have its diagram of variability specified in accordance with the mechanisms described below. The marker in the form of sound can consist of:

one or more elements in the form of sound, which can consist of at least one part and it will be emitted by the device used for electronic communication or the device cooperating with it.

The marker or at least one of its parts can take the form of at least one element causing sound impression consisting of at least one part, and each part can be freely:

selected by the user from the base of sound elements made available to the user by the provider (or entity cooperating with it) within the online service and/or software, and/or application by which the marker is determined, or

created by the user during the determination of marker,

selected by the user from audio files obtained by the user from any source, or

imposed on the user by the provider within the audio file assigned by the provider to the functionality of marking electronic messages.

The marker or at least one of its parts can be configured as follows:

can be fixed - decision of the user or provider as regards the identity of at least one of the parts of the marker, but at the same time the marker can have (but need not have - other options are permissible) other variable (at least one or more or all possible) - defined characteristic feature by the user or the provider, such as for example the time of emission, tone, volume or any other permissible characteristic features such as for example change the volume of low, medium and high tones during the emission, emissions forwards and backwards. Definability is carried out by selecting the option related to variable elements by the user and/or the imposition of variability by the provider (and informing the user by the provider, what is the model of each of the characteristic features to be changed so that the user is fully aware of the mechanism of variability so that the user can identify each electronic message of the sender as coming from the right sender and in the reverse situation when the sender of message is the user),

can be variable - decision of user and/or provider as regards the identity of at least one of the parts it consists of, number of parts it consists of, diagram of variability can be imposed by the provider (and handed over to the user so that the user is fully aware of the mechanism of variability which makes it possible for the user to identify electronic message of provider as coming from this provider) or selected independently from the diagrams of variability made available to the user by the provider and/or defined by the user independently or defined as mixed, when at least one of the elements of marker and/or its features is variable according to the diagram imposed by the provider (or user), and other elements of the diagram of the variability of marker are defined by the user (or provider). The characteristic features of the marker, such as for example the length of emission, volume, tone, intensity and change of the intensity of bass tones, mid and high or any other permissible characteristic features such as for example play forward and/or reverse, stop, playback at a specific time can be fixed or at least one of the characteristic features can be subject to change, and the mechanism of change can be imposed by the provider or by the user for at least one of the characteristic features subject to variability.

Marking the message can result in the fixing of marker in the form of touch, which will be used to lift and/or bulging and/or collapsing (insertion) of single or many parts of the display and/or any other surface of device for transmitting electronic message or device cooperating with it. This will allow the transmission of information/marker from the provider to the user and from the user to the provider in the touch form, also for example the Braille alphabet. The elements of device, which will change their position, together with other features such as for example the intensity, speed of the movement of elements, their colour will be defined together with the diagram of the variability of these features for the following electronic messages. The marker in the touch form can be an element of the marker or the marker of message as the markers in other forms described above. It can have its diagram of variability, also specified in accordance with the mechanisms described below. The marker in the touch form can consist of:

one or more element in the touch form, which can consist of at least one part, which will be generated by lifting and/or bulging, and/or collapse (insertion) to single or many parts of display and/or other surface of device for transmitting messages in the form of electronic device or the device cooperating with it.

The marker or at least one of its parts can take the form of at least one element causing the touch impressions consisting of at least one part and each part can be freely:

The characteristic features of marker, such as lifting and/or bulging, and/or collapse (insertion) of single or many parts of the display and/or any other surface of the device for transmitting thre message in electronic form or device cooperating with it, shape created by these operations, speed and the intensity of movements accompanying them, etc. or any other permissible characteristic features can be fixed or at least one of the characteristic features can be subject to change, and the mechanism can be imposed by the provider or by the user for at least one of the features subject to variability.

Marking the message can result in the fixing of marker in the form of the vibration of device for communication in electronic form and/or device cooperating with it. Vibration will run in the way determined at the stage of the configuration of marker - for example in terms of its intensity, duration for the part of device or device cooperating, which will vibrate. The marker in the form of vibration can be an element of marker or the marker of message as the markers in other forms described above. It can have its diagram of variability, also specified in accordance with the mechanisms described below. The marker in the form of vibration can consist of:

one or more element in the form of vibrations, which can consist of at least one part, which will be implemented by the device for electronic communication or the device cooperating with it, and it need not be cooperating device, but for example, a piece of furniture, steering wheel in the car or other element (also equipment), which is not necessarily the independent device.

The marker or at least one of its parts can take the form of at least one element of vibration consisting of at least one part, and each part can be freely:

selected by the user from the base of vibration elements made available to the user by the provider (or entity cooperating with it) within the online service and/or software, and/or application through which the marker is determined, or

Definability is carried out by selecting the option related to variable elements by the user and/or the imposition of variability by the provider (and informing the user by the provider, what is the model of each of the characteristic features to be changed so that the user is fully aware of the mechanism of variability so that the user can identify each electronic message of the sender as coming from the right sender and in the reverse situation when the sender of message is the user),

The characteristic features of marker or any other permissible characteristic features can be permanent or at least one of the features can be subject to change, and the mechanism of change can be imposed by the provider or by the user for at least one of the features subject to variability.

Marking the message can result in the fixing the marker in the form of read-out of biometric and/or biological features of customer and/or sender, for example in the form of the scan of iris, fingerprint of at least one finger, three-dimensional scan of the body or its part and/or test and/or measurement, and/or analysis of the morphological features of blood, and/or other body fluids (and other biological matter) of sender and/or customer, smell of the sender and/or customer, measurement and/or analysis of the temperature of the body of sender and/or customer/recipient, measurement and/or test and/or analysis of composition and/or smell of the air breathed out by sender and/or the customer, test and/or analysis of genetic code - DNA (including mitochondrial DNA) of sender and/or customer. The marker in the form of the read-out of biometric and/or biological features of the customer and/or sender can be an element of marker or the marker of message as the markers described above in other forms. The marker in the form of the read-out of biometric and/or biological features can consist of:

one or more element in the form of the read-out of biometric and/or biological features, which can consist of at least one part, which will be read out by the device used for electronic communication or by the device cooperating with it.

The marker or at least one of its parts can take the form of at least one element in the form of the read-out of biometric or biological data consisting of at least one part, and each part can be freely:

Marking of the message can result in fixing the marker in the form of light - operating on the basis of the combination of luminous diodes and/or other elements of device for communication and/or its display, and/or device cooperating with the device used to communicate and/or display of this device, and/or other object. The display of light in the combination specified in the diagram of variability of marker can be accompanied by sound emission, the variability of which in the scope of characteristic features of the sound, such as for example the tone, volume, rhythm, can be associated with the variability of marker in the form of light. The diagram of the variability of light of this marker can be associated with a series of colours, rhythm, length of shining and the diagram of the variability of the sound element of this marker. The marker in the form of light can be an element of the marker or the marker of message as the markers described above in other forms. It can have its diagram of variability, also specified in accordance with the mechanisms described below. The marker in the form of light can consist of:

the activity of one or more light sources, which will emit light in the manner established, in accordance with the fixed model of marker.

The marker or at least one of its parts can take the form of activity of at least one light source and the way of the emission of light and characteristic features, such as for example the colour, rhythm, length of lighting, effects accompanying the illumination (e.g. beeps) of each part can be freely:

Marking electronic message can result in fixing the marker in the spatial form, related to the need of setting and/or movement in space of the device for communication in electronic form and/or device cooperating with it and/or sender and/or the customer/recipient, and/or another person and/or other object, and/or animal designated with the marker):

in space in the manner specified by the marker and/or

making certain movements in space (for example outlining shape vertically in the form of 8), and the requirement for making movements applies to the device for communication and/or device cooperating with this device, and/or sender and/or recipient, and/or other object designated with the marker, and/or the settings of the device for communication and/or device cooperating with it and/or sender and/or customer, and/or other object specified by the marker in the position specified in relation to the arrow on the compass.

The marker in the spatial form can be an element of the marker or the marker of message as markers in other forms described above. It can have its diagram of variability, also specified in accordance with the mechanisms described below. The marker in the spatial form can consist of:

one or more features defining the position in space and/or movement in space of the device for communication in electronic form, and/or device cooperating with it, and/or sender and/or customer, and/or other person, and/or other object, and/or animal.

The marker or at least one of its parts can take the form of at least one feature defining the position in space and/or movement in space, and each part can be freely:

Marking the electronic message can result in the fixing of marker in the form involving the change of the shape of the display of device for electronic communication and/or its other element and/or the whole device for communication, and/or other device cooperating with the device used for communication, and/or other object designated with the marker. Change of shape will be made for example by curving, changing the length, thickness, bending, folding, rolling and/or in any other way, as a result of which there will be a change of the shape of the display device for electronic communication and/or its other element and/or the whole device for communication, and/or other device cooperating with the device used for communication, and/or other object specified by the marker. The marker in the form of the change of shape can be an element of the marker and/or marker of message as markers in other forms described above. It can have its diagram of variability, also specified in accordance with the mechanisms described below. The marker in this form can consist of:

one or more features related to the change of the shape of the display of device for electronic communication and/or its other element, and/or the whole device for communication, and/or other device cooperating with the device used for communication, and/or other object specified by the marker.

The marker or at least one of its parts can take the form of at least one feature, and each of them in connection with the object or its part it is related to can be freely:

selected by the user from the base of features made available to the user by the provider (or entity cooperating with it) within the online service and/or software, and/or application through which the marker is determined, or

* created/ determined by the user during the determination of the marker,

selected by the user from the base of features acquired by the user from any source, or imposed on the user by the provider as part of the base of features assigned by the provider to the functionality of marking electronic messages.

The marker or at least one of its parts can be configured as follows:

Definability is carried out by selecting the option related to variable elements by the user and/or the imposition of variability by the provider (and informing the user by the provider, what is the model of each of the characteristic features to be changed so that the user is fully aware of the mechanism of variability and the user can identify each electronic message of the sender as coming from the right sender and in the reverse situation when the sender of message is the user),

can be - decision of the user and/or provider as regards the identity of at least one of the parts it consists of, number of parts it consists of, and the diagram of variability can be imposed by the provider (and handed over to the user so that the user is fully aware of the mechanism of variability, which will allow the user to identify electronic message of provider as coming from this provider) or selected independently from the diagrams of variability made available to the user by the provider and/or defined independently by the user or defined as mixed, when at least one of the elements of the marker and/or its features is variable according to the diagram imposed by the provider (or user), and other elements of the diagram of the variability of marker are defined by the user (or provider). The characteristic features of marker can be permanent or at least one of the features can be subject to change, and the mechanism of change can be imposed by the provider or by the user for at least one of the features subject to variability.

Marking electronic message can result in the fixing of the marker in the form consisting of the connection of at least two different elements/forms, of which at least one of them can differ (preferred various elements) from the second or other in form - one of the described above (for example marker will be the connection of element in the form of text with graphics, holographic with the text and graphics), the stability or variability in respect of the number of markers, their characteristic features is in compatible with the conditions for the marker in a particular form, provided that the diagram of the variability of marker or its element from one form to another is possible for example from the text to graphic, holographic to graphic, and so on.

In case of electronic message, the content of which will be read out to the customer by a suitable device on the basis of program and/or application, and/or software reading out electronic messages it will be permissible that the marker will be read out to the user by the program or application. The user can hear a message by chance: message from sender X; message marker: here the marker and/or its description or description of its characteristic features will be presented.

In each of these cases, regardless of the form of the marker described above and for markers occurring in a different form or if one of its elements is in a different form other than described above, marking of electronic message will involve the assignment of a definite marker to electronic message - regardless of the form or combination of the forms of element or elements of the marker will consist of, which by giving it to electronic message (marking) generated by the sender - who is the user or provider, or entity acting on behalf of the provider, or also by reference to solutions based on blockchain/cryptographic technologies by adding the marker to electronic message: will associate the sender of message, provider or entity acting on its behalf, or respective user and as the recipient of message in electronic form including the marker - the user or the provider respectively, and at the same time

due to the diagram of the variability of marker (optional - if present) - through changeable marker assigned to the next messages generated by the provider or entity cooperating with it, or respectively by the user, in accordance with the diagram of variability, which is known to the user, will also let the user make sure or the provider that the electronic message received is actually the next message sent by the provider or entity cooperating with it, or respectively by the user and at the same time due to the possibility of assigning the marker and its diagram of operations/variability to message in electronic form related to a specific object/matter, which is the subject of this message will also let the customer make sure that the message received in electronic form comes from the provider;

The purpose of the variability of markers described above is the creation of diagram, which allows the user to mark each future electronic message directed to him by the provider (and/or message directed by the user to the provider) and in this way gives the user the opportunity (and respectively provider) conclude that the message he received was sent to him by the provider or customer respectively) and includes secure information and to forsee what the marker will be - as to the form and what characteristic features of it will be in respect of each subsequent marker which is part of each subsequent electronic message directed to the user by the provider (or vice versa from the user to provider). The awareness of user will allow the identification of provider by the user as an entity authorised to send a particular message to the user. When the message is directed from the user to the provider the awareness of the provider will allow the identification of the user by the provider as the entity authorised to send a specific message to the provider.

In view of the possible use of many systems/programs/applications by the user, with which the use of electronic communication can be connected including many types of markers with their diagrams of variability, which will be organised separately as a result of the relationship of the user with many providers, it is possible that all relationships of the user related to electronic communications secured by marker, together with all the data of entities,, characteristics of markers, including the characteristics of their variability are aggregated in the software and/or application, which can be the software and/or application independent/from other (dedicated to this function) or being part of other software and/or application. To this software, and/or application will refer the device for communication and/or device cooperating with it, and/or other device. The purpose of this solution is putting in one place information on electronic communication of user subject to marking. The information contained in the described software above, and/or application can be stored in the device used by the user to electronic communication or in the device cooperating with it and/or outside it - for example on servers of the third party and/or in the cloud. Example of the functioning of the above mechanism is illustrated in Fig. 12 in the figure attached. Below the examples of the application of the present personalized security and/or authenticity verification system for communication in electronic form are shown. The use of the system in practice will be possible only on the basis of devices for communication in electronic form, for example such as a computer, phone, smartphone, cash machine, terminal, tablet and other.

The following Examples I - IX, concerning the application of the present system, illustrating the invention neither limiting its scope nor absolutely exhausting the possibilities, which the personalized system according to the invention provides, thanks to multiple forms of the marker along with their combinations and with the possibility of their infinite shaping as to their features and diagrams of variability, which provide an infinite possibility of the personalization of additional layer of security and/or verification of communication in electronic form, can be described as follows:

I. Information communicated in the form of a message in electronic form sent to the user by his bank on the availability of the extract of bank account, the download of which is possible in the form of a file from the indicated/particular server and/or containing link to this server and/or other location where the file is available and/or where the user will be able to login to download the file containing an extract will always be presented in the text with Arial font in red on the green background. Result: a particular user will not open the attachment and/or will not start/open link and/or redirect, when he receives an identical information electronically, but presented in a different form of graphics, which although in one of its characteristics (for example typeface) does not comply with the marker. The customer of message by comparing the characteristics of message which is the marker with the marker assigned to this type of message can - find incompatibility, avoid incurring loss, which can be the result for example of opening the false file, which can lead for example to download/nmning software, which will bring about the encryption of hard drive/memory of device used by the customer (by activating ransomware).

II. The customer receives the message in electronic form including the information about the (together with the sample annex/attachment in the form of PDF file) available invoice to pay for example for telecommunication services, which is sent by the provider to a particular user/customer with the link to the location on the Internet where you can reprocess/make the online payment of the invoice. Correspondence is accompanied by watermark in the form of the photograph of the dog of user. The result: the customer will consider such correspondence as the true one, because he himself chose such marker as a marker, which is to accompany such type of correspondence, and when the user/customer receives an identical message, but without a personalized watermark or with a watermark, which will be a photo, which does not correspond to the one, which is to be a marker - will not open the attachment, which can contain malicious software and will not run the link, which is to redirect the user/customer to the place where he can make the payment because this place can be a false website pretending to be the bank website or false universal website redirecting to websites of different banks, or the false website of entity or organization processing the online payment.

III. The user who is physically in the showroom of sale of telecommunications company asked the seller to issue a duplicate of the SIM card lost. Provided the identity card and the other document of identity, but the telecommunications company requires in such situation additional verification in the form of selecting by the user the marker for software made available by the seller on his business phone or tablet or on other device made available to the user. The marker is the date of birth of the daughter of user (for example in the format DD-MM-YYYY), but written with green font; in addition after the date, which must be presented in an appropriate format, the user must select three pictures/graphics. Correct three graphic objects represent the photo of his family on holiday last year, the photo of the cat of daughter and the photo of the car of his father-in-law. If the user in the showroom does not select the right elements of marker, which he will be able to choose from the set of wide variety of graphical/photo objects in electronic form, presented on the right device by means of which their choice is possible, then the employee of showroom will be able to presume that in this situation there is an attempt of fraud to swindle the SIM card, which can be used by the swindler to steal funds from the bank account of user by allowing the swindler the authorization of bank transfers from user’s account, due to possession and use in a potential criminal of phone with the number of user.

IV. The device of customer for electronic communication and/or other device cooperating with it receives electronic message directed to the customer, including information about the necessary amount for the repayment of the debt of the credit card of customer; this message was designated with the marker in the form of text, consisting of three elements - for example the text in the field of title of the message and the text at the beginning, and at the end of the message, in each case the text constituting the marker is posted with specific colour, font and specific size of the font, in accordance with the system and diagram of the variability of marker. The functionality of the software and/or program, and/or application allows for automatic verification by the software and/or program, and/or application, whether the marker applicable for a specific message is compatible with the system or not. The customer is notified of the fact of compliance or non-compliance of marker by software and/or program, and/or application. In the event of the non-compliance of marker or its parts/element, the software and/or program, and/or application will have the possibility to inform the user about this fact together with the providing elements/marker characteristics, which are not in accordance with the marker selected before, which would have been expected for the type/kind of electronic message.

V. The device used to electronic communications and/or device cooperating with it receives the message in electronic form including the image of invoice for payment. Part of the message is link/redirection, which after clicking on it will direct the person making payment to the place on the internet where you can make the payment. It is essential in such situation to use real places/websites of this type, not to be a victim of fraud involving the collection of data by the swindler and/or software, and/or program, and/or application, which the swindler uses in fraud in order to acquire data, which allow the swindler to steal electronic identity of the person/user/customer. This message is designated with the marker in the smell form and the device used in electronic communication and/or device cooperating with it, and/or other device will release smell compatible with the established characteristics of the marker in the form of smell. In case when the wrong smell is released the customer/user will have reasonable suspicion that the message in electronic form is false.

VI. The user uses the services offered by the provider of such goods, as for example the supply of electricity, satellite TV, mobile internet, fixed telephony, mobile telephony. Electronic communication directed from the provider to the customer and the other way round is secured by the marker in accordance with the system according to the invention. The system provides the possibility, that in case the provider (or entity cooperating with it) sends to the customer/user electronic message containing for example the invoice for each of the above services, then each of electronic messages concerning each of the services above mentioned can be protected with a separate marker, which has a separate diagram of variability and in addition other than the marker applicable to correspondence concerning other service and activity related to it such request for a different subscriber scheme, greater bandwidth of Internet connection, etc.

VII. The user is the user of the IT network of enterprise. He uses the devices such as for example the computer, tablet, smartphone, connected to this network (or other). The user wants to use the function of scanning the multifunction device also connected to this network (or other). For this purpose he scans document/photo/any material on the device and then expects that the image of scanned document/photo/any material is by this multifunctional device sent in electronic form to this user and/or saved in the specified location of the network resources of the company, including the user devices such as for example the computer, tablet, smartphone. In case of sending by multifunction device and/or device cooperating with it, and/or other device the scanned image to the user, this message should in accordance with the invention include the marker compatible with the marker assigned to electronic messages sent by this multifunctional device and/or compatible with the operation the device performed and/or compatible with the marker set in a different way for such operation. The user who receives the message in electronic form will be able to find whether it comes from the authorized source or not. VIII. The person acting on behalf of provider or entity cooperating with it contacts the user by phone. The user does not have the possibility of verification of whether the phone call is actually performed with the person acting on behalf of provider or entity cooperating with it, as he can carry out the identification and/or verification of caller only on the basis of for example the phone number on which the conversation is made and other data known to the user and available to the provider or the entity cooperating with it. In this situation with the application of invention, the person speaks on the phone on behalf of provider or entity cooperating with it will present the user verbally previously selected marker and the user back will have the possibility to forward information about the marker operating the other way. Thanks to it an additional layer of the security of conversation will be added in the form of conversation, which thanks to the personalization of marker will reduce the probability that the user will be misled and/or cheated by a person he is talking to and it will be clear that the user is talking with the representative of provider or entity cooperating with it and not with the swindler.

IX. The user makes through the Internet (website) and/or application, and/or software purchase transactions of article in the online store run by the provider. Regardless of whether the performance of transaction requires the user to log into the website /service/program or application during the finalisation of transaction the user is informed that all electronic correspondence which in connection with the transaction will be directed to him by the provider (or entity cooperating, including for example the entity which will be responsible for providing the order at the address indicated by the user) will contain marker in the specified type (for example constant marker text) and with specific content. So every message reaching the user in connection with the transaction, for example concerning the confirmation of order status/transaction, information about the receipt and posting the payment for order, confirmation of shipping, information about the planned delivery of consignment containing the item ordered - will be thanks to the marker posted in it traceable to the user as coming from the provider (or entity cooperating with it).

The invention will allow to avoid the situation where the unauthorized entity - swindler, as a result of a sneaky access to the communication or a stolen database, or as a result of other illegal activity would be able to send to the user a false message, whose purpose would be to get the user to provide his data (for example data about the credit card) or making payment by the user into the account of swindler pretending to be the provider or entity cooperating with it, for example as surcharge to the costs of shipping the consignment of the item ordered.
