Abstract:

A refrigerator (200), and a pesticide residue removal device (100) for the refrigerator (200). The pesticide residue removal device (100) comprises: an ozone generator (110) used to generate ozone; an ozone water container (120) storing water therein, and communicating with the ozone generator (110), such that the ozone is dissolved into the water of the ozone water container (120), and ozone water is obtained; and an atomizer (130) communicating with the ozone water container (120), and receiving and atomizing the ozone water and then supplying same to a storage space of the refrigerator. The resulting atomized ozone water evenly fills the entire storage compartment of the refrigerator, thereby effectively removing pesticide residues from fruits, vegetables and other items, and ensuring effective disinfection for same. Moreover, the ozone water can be prepared as required so as to reduce wastage. In addition, the ozone is dissolved into water mist to prevent users from getting harmed in the event of high concentration.
