Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hot runner system equipped with a PET dust discharge prevention apparatus, the apparatus characterized by comprising: an upper fixed plate to which a piston assembly for driving a valve pin is attached, and which has a deposition hole in which dust from PET resin is deposited; a lower fixed plate to which a nozzle, for discharging resin by means of the valve pin, is attached; a manifold for supplying resin for injection molding; a pin guide bushing comprising a fixed part coupled to the manifold, a guide hole, on the upper part of the fixed part, for supporting the vertical movement of the valve pin, and a guide part, at the upper end of the guide hole, having a non-contact part which forms a section that is not in contact with the valve pin; and a support member for suppressing the discharge of resin dust by cooling just the upper end of the outer circumferential surface of the guide part, as the lower and upper outer circumferential surfaces of the pin guide bushing come into partial contact.
