Abstract:
A petroleum processing method for separating stock oil into an atmospheric distillate, a vacuum distillate and a vacuum residue on distillation, characterized by comprising (i) an atmospheric distillation step for atmospheric-distilling a stock oil for separation into an atmospheric distillate and an atmospheric residue on distillation and (ii) a vacuum distillation step for vacuum-distilling the atmospheric residue on distillation without heating for separation into a vacuum distillate and a vacuum residue on distillation, whereby a method and device for economically obtaining a vacuum distillate from an atmospheric residue on distillation without heating the latter are provided.
