The present invention relates to a PFC fast dynamic response control method and a system. The control method comprises the following steps: constructing an output voltage controller and using the output voltage controller to perform tracking correction on an output voltage of a PFC circuit; constructing a load current feedforward controller, using the load current feedforward controller to estimate a feedforward peak current, and accumulating the feedforward peak current and the output of the output voltage controller to determine an input current reference peak value; according to the input current reference peak value, performing current loop control to determine a switch signal of a switch transistor in the PFC circuit, and controlling the switch transistor to connect and disconnect according to the switch signal. Compared with the prior art, the present invention has advantages such as fast dynamic response and a low input current harmonic component.
