Abstract:
A PFC forward conversion half bridge-based smart modified sine wave voltage conversion circuit. The circuit comprises: an input rectifying and filtering unit (10); a PFC boosting unit (20); an isolation two-transistor forward converter (30) comprising a first switch transistor (Q6), a second switch transistor (Q7), a first diode (D3), a second diode (D2), a third diode (D5), a fourth diode (D8), a transformer (T1), and a filtering inductor (L3), wherein a source of the first switch transistor (Q6) is connected to a first end of a primary winding of the transformer (T1), a second end of the primary winding of the transformer (T1) is connected to a drain of the second switch transistor (Q7), gates of the first switch transistor (Q6) and the second switch transistor (Q7) are used to connect to a same PWM signal, a first end of a secondary winding of the transformer (T1) is connected to an anode of the second diode (D5), a rear end of the filtering inductor (L3) is used as a positive output end of the isolation two-transistor forward converter (30), and an anode of the fourth diode (D8) is used as a negative output end of the isolation two-transistor forward converter (30); and a phase-inversion inverter unit (60). The present invention improves a PF value and the quality of an output voltage.
