Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of pharmaceutical chemistry, and provides a pharmaceutical combination comprising a pyrido [1,2-a] pyrimidinone compound and an EGFR inhibitor. Specifically, the pharmaceutical combination comprises a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and osimertinib or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and the use of the pharmaceutical combination, or the independent use of the compound of formula (I) or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.
