Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of medications, and particularly relates to a pharmaceutical composition capable of effectively preventing an SN triple bond structure compound from being deactivated, and enhancing targeted activity. The pharmaceutical composition comprises an SN triple bond structure compound, a stability protecting agent, and a pharmaceutical adjuvant. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention very skillfully solves the problems that an environment where an SN triple bond compound is located is lack of protons and water, the problems of the hydrophobic, targeting, and acid avoidance properties of the composition, and the reaction failure problem of other easy-to-react reactants, and lays a foundation for later very effectively applying the pharmaceutical composition to medications for resisting tumors and the like.
