Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a JNK activity inhibitor as an active ingredient for preventing or treating degenerative neurological diseases, wherein the composition may inhibit the activity of c-Jun kinases and reduce the inflammatory response and beta amyloid production of neuronal cells.
