Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating sarcopenia. More specifically, by comprising β-sitosterol or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, muscle strength and endurance can be increased and muscle fiber thickened, and ultimately the present invention can have the effect of preventing and/or treating sarcopenia.
