Abstract:

A pharmaceutical composition for removing gastric mucus, and a preparation method therefor are provided. The pharmaceutical composition comprises core particles comprising pronase B, a first excipient, and a first binder, and comprises a plurality of coating particles comprising a first coating layer formed on at least one portion of the core particles, wherein the diameter of 80% or more of the total coating particles is 180-500 μm.
