Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cerebral nervous system diseases, comprising, as active ingredients, a stem cell culture and extracellular vesicles isolated therefrom. Particularly, when administered in vivo, the stem cell culture and extracellular vesicles isolated therefrom, of the present invention, move to brain tissues so as to protect neural stem cells and oligodendrocytes, suppress the expression of inflammatory factors, promote the differentiation and maturation of oligodendrocytes and alleviate clinical symptoms in a cerebral palsy animal model, and thus can be effectively used in the treatment of cerebral nervous system diseases.
