Abstract:
The present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory composition containing, as an active ingredient, cerulenin, a cerulenin derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Cerulenin or a cerulenin derivative of the present invention exhibits excellent prevention, treatment and alleviation effects on inflammatory diseases, and thus could be applied to a composition for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases and to a material for related food or cosmetic products.
