Abstract:
The present invention provides: a pharmaceutical composition, a food composition and a cosmetic composition for preventing or treating metabolic disorders, containing any one selected from the group consisting of sphingosine-1-phosphate, a sphingosine-1-phosphate promoter and a material increasing the expression of Sphk2; and a method for screening for a material for preventing or treating metabolic disorders by using the mechanism. The pharmaceutical composition, the food composition and the cosmetic composition of the present invention can be useful as a pharmaceutical composition, a food composition and a cosmetic composition for preventing or treating metabolic disorders, particularly, a fatty liver such as nonalcoholic fatty liver, dyslipidemia such as hyperlipidemia or hypertriglyceridemia, and obesity, and the screening method using the mechanism can be useful as a method for screening for a material for preventing or treating metabolic disorders.
