Abstract:
The composition comprising stem cells and a stem cell culture fluid which are responsive to GABA and derived from subcutaneous adipose tissue, according to the present application, inhibits the infiltration of adipose tissue macrophages (ATMs) into inguinal adipose tissue (IAT), thereby has an anti-diabetic effect of improving insulin resistance caused by obesity and an anti-inflammatory effect through the inhibition of macrophage infiltration, and thus can be effectively used in treating, or ameliorating the symptoms of, said diseases.
