Abstract:
Provided is a therapeutic drug that is useful for treating arterial aneurysm. The pharmaceutical composition for treating and/or preventing arterial aneurysm comprises at least one of the following chemical agents i) to iii) as an active ingredient. i) A chemical agent targeting platelet-derived growth factor receptor β (PDGFR β); ii) a chemical agent that inhibits the function of desmoyokin (AHNAK); and iii) a chemical agent that inhibits signal transduction enhanced by a mutation in PDGFR β or AHNAK.
