Abstract:
Provided is a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment and/or prevention of disease involving the abnormal accumulation of amyloid β protein, which contains ILEI or a vector in which the polynucleotide encoding ILEI has been inserted. Also provided are a method for screening for compounds for the treatment and/or prevention of disease involving abnormal accumulation of amyloid β protein, as well as a method for the treatment and/or prevention of disease involving the abnormal accumulation of amyloid β protein.
