Provided is a pharmaceutical container label 1 that is attached to an outer peripheral surface 12r of a translucent pharmaceutical container 1, the pharmaceutical container label comprising: a light-blocking bottom-layer label 2 that is adhered to the outer peripheral surface 12r of the pharmaceutical container 100 so as to form a non-adhesive part 2B; and a top-layer label 3 that is peelably attached to a surface 2a of the bottom-layer label 2 so as to adhere to the non-adhesive part 2B. When the top-layer label 3 is peeled off, the non-adhesive part 2B is also peeled off integrally with the top-layer label, so that a region covered by the non-adhesive part 2B is exposed and the contents become visible from a window 15 that was exposed thereby. Due to this configuration: a light-blocking pharmaceutical container label is provided with which a window through which the contents can be confirmed from the outside can be easily formed without forming a light-incident part using perforations or the like; and a pharmaceutical container to which the label is attached is also provided.
