Abstract:

Phase-change heat storage silica gel, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 20-70 parts of silica gel and 10-68 parts of modified phase-change powder, i.e., heat absorption powder. The phase-change heat storage silica gel contains an appropriate amount of modified phase-change powder, and therefore has excellent heat absorption and heat storage performance, a phase-change enthalpy reaching 15-200 J/g, and specific heat capacity exceeding 2.0 J/g•K, thereby satisfying the requirements of batteries and capacitors on heat absorption and heat storage performance. The modified phase-change powder has a heat absorption and energy storage function. Due to the large phase-change enthalpy value and slow heat rising, the silica gel can absorb more heat. By quickly transferring heat generated at heating points in the batteries and capacitors to the phase-change heat storage silica gel, quick cooling of the heating points is implemented, such that the technical problem of heating in the field of batteries and capacitors can be well solved. In addition, after phase-change powder is modified, the phase-change powder enters micropores and is firmly locked, and thus would not drift away from the micropores under a high-temperature condition, thereby solving the problem of oil outflow of phase-change heat storage silica gel. The heat storage stability and sustainability of the phase-change heat storage silica gel is 4 to 5 times of that of the same products in the market.
